I've had my message since the 30th, so that's why I'm concerned as well.
Same boat here. But I would guess there's a chance it could clear once they are scanned into the system in Louisville tonight/tomorrow AM. That's my hope anyway!
 
Anyone know where the next stop my phone will be landing?

Is it going to a UPS store or CC? If it's a store, did it originally tell you that the delivery would be on the 6th due to the extra business day delay? I'm curious if it's possible to have it delivered to a store right near my address without delaying it an extra day.

A store and no it never said that, just said that there was an "Exception" due to the request and that it could result in a change to the delivery date, though it always displayed 11/3. I submitted the request on Sunday night and the "Exception" flag cleared today. Representative from chat with UPS said it will be available on the 3rd so I THINK I'm in the clear here.

If the Exception cleared, you're good to go
 
I decided to take the day off Friday and pick up my phone from my "local" UPS CC instead. I'm excited and can relax a bit not having to wonder if UPS would honor my pre sign or even attempt delivery on Friday like they are supposed to.

i had a problem where my email confirmation total doesnt match the total in my order status so im not sure exactly how much they will be charging my card

That's good to know, thanks. I was getting frustrated because for a while no one I was speaking with could answer my questions about whether it would arrive on the original date or why there was no way for me to cancel that request.
