Think about it this way, the package, if it had not been held, would have been there early enough to have been delivered to your home by the end of the day. You are simply doing the last leg of the journey for UPS by having it picked up at the local distribution hub.

Your phone will show preparing for ship on the Apple site. The status will change once your phone lands in Kentucky and the pallets are separated into separate shipments and sent to regional hubs all over the US, dependent on where the final destination for the package is.

Only once the pallet is split up will Apple mark it as shipped. If you’d like to track your order go to ups and track by reference and use your phone number, don’t forget to fill in fields for country and zip code.

Mine says the exact same thing for my CC pickup and I do this every year. The pickup request will be accepted by the CC on Friday morning so you won’t see any change until then. It will all work out, don’t worry.

I wouldn’t worry, UPS has a lot more storage space (and secure storage at that) in Louisville vs anywhere else in their network.

I think you mean Louisville, UPS is based in Louisville, not Lexington.

My 4:30pm AK flight from yesterday still hasn’t landed, apparently. Hope they didn’t run out of fuel.

The customs inspection should take place in Alaska, at the port of entry to the United States.

It is not required unless it went through customs in China and these did not. They shipped from a Free Trade Zone in iPhone City aka Zhengzhou so the Customs will be done at Worldport.

Chill out 4:30 people you guys in the lower 48! RELAX. Us 1:35 er's are still on the way to Alaska, hopefully we're able to touch and go and head to Kentucky. And you guys probably won't see any movement until 1:35ers catch up so they can all be landed onto the same trucks/planes etc

It landed at 2 something this morning at SDF and since it was not an Overnight shipment is, it is waiting for tonight's second day sort.
