Indeed it does, our phones are fellow passengers, lol! I am located in Central Texas.
I do believe it was a little longer of a delay than normal, at least in my experience of ordering through Apple. Although that may just be a warped memory since it’s been a while since I’ve ordered a new Apple device directly from Apple (3 years since I got my iPhone X). My other devices were bought in store or via my provider.
Same here Painter! My last pre-order was the iPhone X… And 2017 was a horrible delivery year. I’m pretty much scarred from that experience which is why I’m afraid to make changes to my order/pick up. I missed UPS last time by 20 minutes after waiting around all damn day! The next day I went to the customer center but it wasn’t ready because I had to wait 24 hours for their system to update. Hence why I’m so freaked out about making any changes.
