You guys. This is so much better than the lonely suffering I went through in 2017... sitting in this office like a fool for 13+ hours for my iPhone X. At least this time I have it going home. So if there is no "signature required" by Apple then ultimately it's up to the UPS delivery person's mood, eh?
I got a similar email earlier. I’m choosing to be optimistic that it’ll come tomorrow.
Yep... mine looks just like this one.. date/estimated time.
I won't be home later in the evening but if it's my normal UPS dude he told me the spot he'd leave it in. I'm going to leave a note on my screen door for UPS to please leave package.
We get lots of deliveries from Amazon and never had an issue with packages so here's to hoping all goes well. Heck, I don't even think it'll go out for delivery tomorrow. My best bet is the 29th and I will be home waiting on my sofa delivery.

I am more than excited. It seems like it's taking forever to get here. I just hope ordering goes smooth and we can all get in on launch day deliveries.
Mine still hasn’t updated, still shows an unavailable delivery date info error.
I do not. But when I tracked it several hours ago, it showed Noon to 4 delivery... and UPS always delivers (almost daily) at about 1:30, so I would expect it tomorrow at your normal UPS delivery time.
I ordered the pro max 512gb graphite Tuesday 10/20 on Apple.com and it had delivery of 11/4-11/9.
UPS literally just dropped it off at my door 8 days earlier than anticipated delivery date.

I am the exact same as you. Delivery exception again. Fingers crossed! @Theyayarealivin for those of us on the tour of Asia this week is going too fast, but also not fast enough, lol.
10/13 can't be right... they launched on the 16th but still awesome news!

I’m showing delivery on 10/29 but still don’t have any update since the 11:55 scan. However, my return box will be here tomorro. 
So...my 2 iphone 12Pro's ordered one express and one not express and originally scheduled to arrive 5 days apart, now both say they are being delivered on 10/29. I only want one. I plan on opening the first one, and if it is ok, keeping it and returning the unopened one. I guess I will need to return one to the Apple store, 40 miles away. If the first one has the "yellow screen" problem, I will keep the brighter one, after turning off true tone on both. So...what are the "rules"....can I only return unopened ones, or they will take the one back if yellowed? Or is apple's return policy more forgiving....? I originally planned on canceling the later iphone...never thought they would both ship and get here the same day.
You can return an item that was opened. No questions asked.

I made a mistake. I had another shipment sneak in (one going to my office - I still have the addresses meshed because of the year I got the iPhone X) so it wasn't actually my iPhone delivery. The heartbreaking part is that THAT shipment was in Kentucky and I was elated until I realized what happened. LOL.
Anyway I just got off the phone with UPS and the rep told me it's up to the drivers discretion on leaving the package when no one is home. The only thing I have going for me is that I told my driver to leave it so as long as it's him I'm good. Best case is it comes on the 29th because we aren't going out to dinner that day. We will be waiting on our new sofa delivery and I will be making googly eyes at truck sounds.
