Mine was also Nov 3-6 after i preordered on apple.com, but got a tracking number pretty soon after my credit card was charged, which was probably last friday (Oct 23).
My phone departed Louisville at 1:34. And still no updates about its arrival in South Carolina.
if They are flying it, then it will likely go to Columbia and be driven to Charleston overnight.

Ahhh I didn’t even order mine until Oct 25th LOL. But I still have next week as delivery date. We’ll see if that holds up.
For once I’m actually getting timely and frequent updates... just got to get through the work day tomorrow.
My iPhone’s plane definitely landed in Burbank as it is now in a city named Sylmar 5 miles away from me. It was scanned there 1 hour after landing. Woot!

It depends on where you are on your local UPS trucks route.
My home is a bit farther from the CC, so I pretty consistently end up getting my UPS packages on the early afternoon.
Mine is getting closer! It’s departed Portland Oregon! Yay! Less than a day to go!
Mine was in that group that went from ZZ to Hong Kong to Anchorage unexpectedly. Finally hit Louisville yesterday at 12:15am (released by customs) then departed at 3:45pm. Arrived in Newark NJ at 5:24pm (appears to be UPS flight 2080 judging from the 3:56/5:19 flight times), then departed the airport at 9:40pm. its only a 45 minute drive to the airport from here and my town has the regional UPS sorting center. my driver usually shows up between 11am-1pm, so im on track for the scheduled delivery today. my guess is its already at the distribution center but just hasn't hit the app yet.

Good question. Mine did a similar thing. That happens with UPS more often than not.
Mine did that too when it arrived in Orlando. Apparently one scan is leaving the airport, and the other scan is when it arrives at your distribution center in your area.
