My Apple Profile page says my phone will be delivered today, my App Store App Profile Page says it will be delivered next Week and my UPS tracking code says it doesnt have anything.

Who do I believe?

Thank you. Since my local store is open for express pickup only, they might not take my present phone on the spot. I guess I will find out.
Yea in my area is express pick up and I actually asked them about how that process would work. They told me that you can do a trade in on the spot as long as your device is backed up and erased to factory settings then they can proceed right away. If you need a bit more time then I think they will ship you a box.

I'd say UPS...🤣. What do your tracking status say? Is it on vehicle for delivery?

Trying to do the preapproval for the iUP and when I go to confirm my carrier, I keep getting an error "Your Verizon account is not supported on apple.com. You can purchase a full-price iPhone once pre-order begins." I can't seem to figure out how to get this error to go away and it's driving me insane

Good to know. I would much rather pick up my new Pro Max on a leisurely Saturday than rush to the Apple Store after work Friday
That's what I did to avoid the heavy traffic on a Friday.

On launch weekend (12 Pro), I found the Apple Stores around me (9) all had the 12 Pro in blue available so I picked a day and time slot that I would combine with other errands, had lunch near the Apple Store, and picked up on time.

They had express pickup - in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Very efficient -much better than the online pre-order system that was a fail....

Our local store is open for express pickup, but they DO NOT accept your trade-in device there. I got my iPad Air last week, and the instructions in my email said that I could not trade on the spot, that they would provide me a box. When I asked at the store, I was told the box would be shipped to me, that they are taking no devices at the counter.

So, different stores, different processes. :)

I’ve been using my 11PM a bit for the last couple of days to get back on the Max train after a couple of weeks with the 12P. Time to pack up the 11 for sale and get that 12PM pre-ordered

I have this problem too. I think for me is that I got a new SIM card for my 12 Pro for the 5G as the previous SIM is only LTE and that one was on IUP. Not sure why I get this but I don't plan on continuing on IUP anyways. Going to pay off and sell it.

Before this starts up again tomorrow with Pro Max and Mini orders...

Did anyone here who is on AT&T NEXT successfully upgrade through Apple.com order and send back their AT&T NEXT iPhone 11?

It's never been a problem in the past but with the way the offers this year are all targeted at "trading in" meaning NOT a rented phone but something you own, they've certainly made it confusing.

I've always gotten delivery on release day when I've preordered, but next Friday I know that I will be in the vicinity of a nearby apple store in the afternoon for an appointment. If I choose to do in-store pickup, how many appointment times are there? Will they hold my phone if I'm late?

If you did the in-store pick up and they already charged your card, they will hold it for you for 14 days. If it was a walk-in reservation then those gets release back to the inventory. You can choose a time close to your appointment time shouldn't be an issue.

that's my question as well. Will NEXT continue to be a thing or are they looking to push people onto some new 5G plan which at the moment I'm not interested in at all. They make their money either way -- Cheap Phone/Expensive Plan or Cheap Plan/Expensive Phone.

Verizon Trade in when order with Apple - has anyone completed the trade in process? I'm ordering the Max tomorrow and trying to decide if I should go through Apple or Verizon. The Apple site seems to indicate the credit is somehow split among a credit at order time and then reduced monthly payments.

Four qs:
1. Can anyone tell me if there was any credit at the time of order or just the promise of reduced payments?
2. Anyone get a successful trade in return receipt?
3. If you order through Apple with VZ payments does AppleCare get folded into the payments or charged at order time?
4. Activation - did you get hit with $40 or the same reduced to $20 at verizon.com?
