I’m going to order 2 next month. I’m hoping to get rid of my Amazon echos, and Echo Show if they work great with my Ring camera and security system.
Great idea! I don’t know why I get so anxious with checking that everything is in order for me to press that buy button. I do this every year, and it should be fully ingrained by now 😂. Almost time!
I’m still on the fence about the home pod minis. I like the idea of them, but would like to wait for impressions on sound quality, etc. Also, I’m seriously trying to curb my spend on Apple products.
Question for those from a couple of weeks ago. This time around, I intend to have my phone sent to the UPS CC closest to me for logistical reasons. Theoretically if everything goes according to plan, I should be able to pick it up the morning of the day that the UPS driver would have delivered it, correct? Also, if I have it sent to the UPS CC, I should still have visibility on it the whole way using MyChoice, correct? TIA for everyone’s help on this thread 😁
I thought I was the only one OCD about that, lol. Drives me crazy; so does having fingerprints on my screen. I hate to say it, but it makes me nauseous when people want me to look at something on their phone and it’s covered with body oils and fingerprints. I usually tell them to hold the phone and I’ll look at it that way (pre-COVID, of course). 😷
I’m going to order a few, maybe 3, and then move some homepods to be surround sound speakers for the TVs since they now have Dolby atmos and 5.1 or something or other stuff
Sound quality is something I’m curious about.
I personally don’t like any of the Alexa Dots and all that.. so I probably wouldn’t get it. I stick to Bose for my Bluetooth speakers but for the sake of liking Apple I’m curious as to how it turned out!
I received mine today - iPhone 12 Pro in graphite. I ordered it last Thursday 10/29 and it said delivery 11/19-11/26.
Well too make a long story short it was shipped 10/31 and it’s here today. Love the phone btw.

That’s what I’m hoping to do as well. Seriously hoping that this new product will rock.
OMG, that is the worst. I want to glove up or get out my antibacterial wipes. I know that the phone is to be used and will be handled daily, but it’s my phone and my germs which is cleaned daily. I’m also looking at the Phone Soap Pro system.

My biggest decision in the morning will between in store pickup, or have it shipped and pickup at ups. I’m leaning pick up at the Apple Store to get my trade in accomplished immediately.
Last year, I had to return my 11PM because of a faulty power button, but my XS Max trade in (I shipped it in the return box) hadn’t been completed by the company handling that process. As soon as I returned the 11PM at the Apple Store, I got an email saying that my trade in would be returned to me. It took 3 weeks for them to get the XS Max back to me with no tracking info or updates: I was on pins and needles wondering if they’d lost it or if I’d get it back damaged.
Once I got it back, I got another 11 in the store, and they ok’d the trade immediately.

Okay, at this point i am so ready for the 12 pro max after seeing some of the reviews online! bring on tomorrow and then the next 6 days! anyone else with me! I see some people that are still here from the PRO, and they know who they are!
