i always use the apple store app from my iPhone. iPad and Mac are always sketchy to come up. But iPhone app always comes up first. Been doing these pre orders since 2007.

Can you amend the order later? One order has an old delivery address on it.
Other order which kept getting the order interrupted message, eventually went through, but I had to spam it.
Two deliver dates on these:
Pacific Blue Fri 13th
Graphite 18th to 23rd Nov
Both 128GB
Also Apples customer support number just hangs up right away, so bit useless right now!

Phew...Kept getting interruption error on iOS app, desktop site wasn't up until a few minutes ago, and was finally able to place my order on apple.com via laptop.

Just noticed my browser store came up at 8:18 est as well. Glad I didn't have to rely on that. But looks like dates haven't started slipping yet either.

couldn't order through my phone app because it kept saying my account wouldn't work on apple.com and I guess I screwed myself

I would recommend just setting up a hold for pickup with UPS. Just make sure you bring something with the old address to show them it’s you.

Finally got it after 20 minutes. Was able to complete both orders.

got a pacific blue 128 cuz i'm poor! App was the only way and wouldn't let me add to cart until i clicked on no apple care or whatever.

Apple Pay is my default method when on my phone. The money is there on my card and Apple Pay uses that.

Couldn't get it to go through with the Barclays loan despite being pre-approved. Date slipped to December now so just cancelled it.

Well that was easy. Got in first time and completed preorder. Got confirmation email at 8AM. This is a first for me. Chose to pick it up at Apple Store, also a first for me. Got 12 Pro Max, Pacific Blue, 512GB.

My order was completed at 08:03, via a PC browser.
However, I was always under the impression that the Apple Store app was quicker for orders. Alas, that was not the case today.
Right as I was about to submit, I was reconsidering the Pacific Blue. But, just went with the Graphite. After all, I will have a case on the iPhone 12 Pro Max. So, does colour 'really' matter...?

Don’t worry I got this with my 12 pro but Apple came through and completed my order and honored my early order submission. Happened last year to me too.

How soon would you know of a payment error? I have this paranoid feeling that my Apple Card info got botched somehow
