So flippin' excited! Got in, ordered my Blue Pro Max 128GB for pickup locally with my choice of times on release day. Then, painstakingly walked my "not so tech savvy" hubby through the order of his Black Mini 128GB over the phone, and got the same window of time for his pickup. Went back in, ordered our leather cases, picking those up this evening after work. YES!!!

Is Apple using UPS exclusively now? any chance they might use FedEx for the pro Max? At my house UPS doesn’t deliver until 7-9pm but FedEx usually delivers by 9am.

IF you are in US, they will use UPS exclusively as most pre-orders will come from China. I would say there would be a slim chance of using fedex.

I am amazed that people complain about not getting order in because of issues on your account..why not spend 10 minutes before pre-order date confirming all is good? Not Apples fault, on you.

OMG! Took me at least 40 times, kept saying there was an interruption. I was using the app. Finally let me through. 11/13 - iPhone Mini Blue

Was able to get the Max in Pacific Blue 256GB for delivery on Friday along with my 10% discount.

Are you force closing your app and reopening?

I did. It finally opened at 8:10am but then I received an error message to contact Apple so I finished it on the website by 8:11am. I’m a little worried because my card isn’t showing a pending charge to make sure I have the funds. Do it typically show up and then fall off and show again when it’s preparing for shipping? I did get a confirmation email.

I would recommend just setting up a hold for pickup with UPS. Just make sure you bring something with the old address to show them it’s you.

Its look like less people buy the ProMax ! Was in 25 mins late and deliver / pick up still showing Nov 13 on most color .

people buy the Pro more than the ProMax this year ! The Pro model was outsold within 5 mins all color

Ayyyy! So excited, the iOS app came through in a big way. No hiccups for me.

Me too. Mine was in at 7:04, and my wife's at 7:07. For some reason, I had to add the contact phone number and add the last name on her address, so that slowed it down a bit.

Had to do the same for my husband....over the phone, as I instructed him while he did it. Mine was all ready to go, easy-peasy. After his, I need a drink. 😂 Still got the same pickup time for him. Woohoo!

i always use the apple store app from my iPhone. iPad and Mac are always sketchy to come up. But iPhone app always comes up first. Been doing these pre orders since 2007.

That is definitely the way to do it. Works for me every time. 5:01 AM email.
