When I checked the UPS tracking page, I was surprised to find out that I had ordered "World Ease", however. I thought it was an iPhone 4S

World Ease is a UPS delivery service: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/shipping/time/service/value_added/worldease.html

Thats the shipping method, aka the UPS "product".

Your phone is fine, 0.40kg package weight matches all the others.

I posted this in the AT&T forum as I didn't notice this one until later Anyway, when I checked this morning, I found that my iPhone has finally shipped as well. I ordered a white 64GB model and live in Hawaii, so I'm hoping that it comes straight here from Hong Kong, but I'll know by Friday.

Ordered a 16GB White 4S at about 4AM PST Friday the 7th.

Shipping status via Apple.com updated to "Preparing for Shipping" late saturday afternoon, and stayed like that for quite awhile. I was beginning to assume my phone was already stateside and would likely be shipped today or Thursday.

I finally got a tracking number this afternoon at about 2pm CST. Apple e-mailed me about two hours later with my shipping notification.

As of right now the phone is still in Hong Kong...

I have been at perparing for shipment since I ordered the phone and my status is still there and I also tried my phone # on the UPS page and nothing. However, I tried my order # without the last two digits like someone suggested on this board and BAM there were my orders....both shipped from China and are enroute for delivery on the 14th.....

mine finally went from processing to preparing for shipping. Apple.com says it should be here by tomorrow. I can't find any tracking for ups or fedex tho using reference tracking.

Mine went from "Processing" to "Cancelled" to "Resubmitted" to "Processing". Apparently you shouldn't port your number over from another carrier after pre-ordering. Oh well, I guess I'll get it when I get it.

I am in the exact same boat as of now. Trick won't work and finally went to preparing for shipment about 3am. Nothing since then. Hoping it was in US and just never updated. Fingers crossed.

Is there an updated version of the UPS trick for those of us with two phones on our order? One (my coworker's) has shipped already, but mine is still not shipped about 18 hours later. We share the same order number and phone number, so the trick only worked for the first package (his). Any ideas?

Le sigh. I didn’t order a 4s, I just ordered the 4. I ordered in black on Thursday 6/67, then changed my mind and canceled the black and ordered the white iPhone 4 on Friday, 10/7. It was processing until this morning, and it just changed to preparing for shipment this morning. No tracking on UPS or FedEx. There was an authorization on my credit card but it dropped off. I’m super bummed!

I called Apple yesterday and the extremely nice lady said they are “trying to do too many things” and that she really hopes I get my phone on Friday, and she added a free case to my order.

Of course, the case has already shipped. Priority Overnight. Will be here tomorrow.
