Exactly the same here. Tracking's not available right now, but I'm sooooo excited since I got really worried about getting my phone by friday this afternoon lol.

Hong Kong, let alone china in general is part of the famous 'Kangaroo hop' route used from Sydney to London. Flights would either stop in Singapore, or Hong Kong before continuing to Europe. However, the IS situation, as well as Ukraine/Crimea may change the route a little bit. It all depends..

In April for my watch, the UPS tracking started in Netherlands, for my iPad it was in Germany.
Looks like they're warehousing at various locations, just like they do in the US.

As long as it's the CC that normally services your address, you should be fine.
I got something delivered recently that said arrived at that location so I figured it was. It does say available starting the 25.
I am concerned because I am not from the US, I'm here to work, I will stay here until the 27th night and then come back to Brazil,
I'm starting to get a little worried too. A lot of people here are getting shipped notifications. Including my manager. I'm still preparing. Says it's due here on the 25th but I guess we shall see
With only one exception, everyone is in PFS status. It's not an indication that your phone hasn't shipped. You'd know that if you read the last few pages of this thread.
Did they order from Apple or from a carrier? We haven't seen anybody who ordered from Apple for US delivery get a shipped notification. I'm not worried.
Ah. Ok. They ordered from the carrier. Thank you. That eases my mind a lot lol
How to know if you should be worried:
Did Apple send you an email telling you your phone might be delayed?

Even though they said that I would personally go on the assumption that one is required. Its a $650 or greater value and I doubt that FedEx will just drop it off without any signature. I wonder if you would call a few more times if you would get different answers.
Last year i didn't get an shipment notification from Apple until the day of delivery. Sounds like that will happen this year as well.
Just a reminder in case anybody else has a similar situation:
I am switching over from a Galaxy S4 so I stopped by the AT&T Store today to ask if I'd have to bring in the new phone for activation on Friday and they told me yes because it won't have a SIM since it was sent directly from Apple.
So what she did was she rang up a SIM for me today and all I have to do when I receive the phone is just put it in and activate it either online or via telephone. I'm trying to make sure I have to go nowhere near a store on Friday.
