It's 8pm and still no sign of the UPS truck.
Me too... in SoCal. 8.09pm. Tracking says it's out for delivery today..... argh.
So after a full day of my tracking saying Out for Delivery, and UPS swearing it would be delivered, about an hour ago they deleted the entry from my tracking that said it went on the truck at 5:19 AM ET, and replaced it with a "Destination Scan" at 9:59 PM ET. It now says rescheduled for Monday.
Needless to say, not happy. UPS customer service has shrugged me off.
Went on Apple's chat and the rep is pushing through a request for me to pick it up tomorrow at the hub. I have no idea how they are able to do that since UPS wouldn't even give me the time of day, but they said to expect that request to go through and it to be available to pickup. They also said my Hub will be open at 8:30 AM, when the UPS website tells me they're closed Saturdays.
Confusing and disappointing.

Yeah in having a complex. Missed my delivery today. Assumed next delivery was Monday so immediately changed to ups store since they are open tomorrow but it seems ups takes all night to process the info so I'm unsure if the ups store would even have the iPhone tomorrow. Talked to ups and they said they will deliver tomorrow. So now im stuck. Its traveling to or at ups store right now. May or may not be there tomorrow but o probably won't find out tonight. But if I cancel and switch it back to regular delivery most likely the delay added by choosing to hold at the store could cost me delivery to my place tomorrow.
So I'm really frustrated.

I got both of my phones at around 7pm central time. Now I'm just fixing up my phone and adding apps. The live photo is amazing. Anyways I hope everyone having troubles gets their phone tomorrow. Good luck.

Yeah, my local UPS driver told me the same...that they would be doing Saturday delivery for any of these missed...but UPS reps online told me no.
So, who knows. Apple says they've put in the request to hold for pickup, so I will try to pick up in the morning, or it will get delivered tomorrow instead. One or the other is happening as far as I'm concerned.
I'm in SoCal picked mine up around 9:40 am at Aliso Viejo hub.

Just went through the process. Plugged my phone . Entered zip code and last 4 digits of ss and got the lovely message.
A couple of weeks ago I cracked my 5's screen. I had been trying to set up a repair but if you want to send it in they hold $269 and promise to refund $140 if the screen is only thing broken.
I didn't like the sound of that so I set up an apt at Genius Bar. On 22nd I thought I'd see what was available. Ordered a grey 128Gb version for Verizon, said it would be here on 25th, I was surprised it was so easy after all the past hoop jumping on launch day.
Went to the gym at noon, last thing before I left I thought to put a post it note authorizing delivery along with my signature. Got back at 2 to find the note gone, and a few boxes from UPS.
Was kind of busy so didn't set up right away. Beautiful phone, wish they made them in 4S or 5 size. Will be getting the 5 fixed tomorrow, if I can't get used to the larger size I will activate 5 again, though I doubt that will happen.
Looking forward to playing with camera. But again, amazed I could order on 22nd and get today.

Picked up my 6s+ at the UPS facility when it opened at 8:30 AM. I had to wait like 10 minutes or so for the truck to show up with the hold packages. I had it all set up and ready to go by 10:30 . Everything worked perfectly!

I should have posted earlier but I've been spending the evening setting up and playing with my new iPhone. My mom and I both got the new 128GB iPhone 6S Plus Space Gray and when she spoke to the UPS driver, he said he had his UPS truck FULL of NOTHING but iPhone boxes. I can't imagine being a UPS driver on a day like today and having to stop at every couple of houses just to deliver another iPhone. These guys are machines.
SAME! I got the 128 Space Gray and the evening was great. My UPS driver also said "Enjoy your new phone!" I wanted to say "Thank you for actually coming and not just leaving a note!" but I just said "thanks enjoy the rest of your day!"
One thing is certain touch ID is blazing fast. Sometimes I just want to wake my screen and it unlocks! That's speed.
UPS, FEDEX all the same, If the drivers wants to cut his workload he puts down he was there when he really wasn't.
UPS finally got here at 9:30 PM driver was sweating. I gave him a bottled water. He said he was helping the other driver. He asked me to sign and handed me four boxes. I thought good they must had shipped the one I bought for my brother early. Went in the kitchen, turned on lights and noticed he gave me someone's Iphone 6s plus. The guy lives in a city about 45 min away. I am freaked out having someone's iPhone. My three were correct. I called UPS to come get it they said not until mon. I checked the tracking on his box. It shows delivered to my name and city. I called Apple and asked if I should take it to PD. Told her I was mad and didn't want his property here. They said not to worry. Yeah right. I bet the guy is freaked out seeing his Iphone delivered to me.
I am beyond frustrated that UPS can't pick-up tomorrow. Can't I drop it off at a UPS store tomorrow? I don't want him coming after me. I tried to find a phone number for him but nothing.

I had another bad experience with the UPS driver today but yours seems much worst!
I think I found his FB page to let him know it was delivered here in error with my phones. Apple told me not too. He can clearly see my name and city. I'm not comfortable with that. UPS is sending for pickup Mon. I don't want his iPhone here that long. Should I take it to the UPS store tomorrow instead?
When I called Apple they said he had called them 3x already.
