I originally ordered Blush, but then I didn’t think it was pink enough and cancelled it for Indigo, which turned out to be gorgeous. All in all I think it’s gonna be a great little machine.
I personally was surprised by the blush color when I saw them the other day. If I was buying it would’ve been my first choice.

The indigo is sweet, but my parents made me wear navy blue everything when I was a kid so I try to pick other colors now. (Please don’t take this as knocking your choice of indigo, it looked great if you like blue.)

I'm not going to knock your choices or reasons. To each their own.

Talking about clothing. I can't stand to even look at bell bottoms, corduroy pants, butterfly collars that would beat you up on a windy day, or those leather "Jesus" sandals.

It's here !

Looking to get citrus 512GB, anyone know if or when anywhere in uk will have stock available? Doesn’t seem to be available anywhere and crazy long wait time when you order?

Ordered 512 Blush and Citrus, his n hers (hers n his, actually) the day after launch, status just changed to "Preparing to ship".
My husband's first ever Mac, and I've been waiting for Apple to release a pink (or sage green!) MacBook for years, totally gave up hope they would ever bring proper color back, so this release has been a very pleasant surprise.
My work has scaled down, so I'm seeing if I can do most of it on this dinky computer (the little computer that could - I hope!).
Currently compressing my Windows VM, and will keep it on an external drive and only load it on when I need it. (Very infrequently).
I traded in my MBP for it - will work alongside the Neo for a week to make sure it can everything I need it to, and if it can't, I'll keep my MBP and use it as a desktop.

Ordered the 512 on the 13th. Citrus, so of course I have to wait weeks since it's the fav color selling. Due the 30th - 7th. Hoping they increase manufacturing on this color and speed up my delivery. Can't WAIT!

Same. 31-7, waiting.

I had an open order yesterday for a 512GB citrus with a 24th date. I checked online and found that my local store had one in stock so I grabbed it at the Apple store 2 miles away (weird in that the 24th one was to be shipped to "that" apple store) cancelled my online one and I am all set...🙂

Yes, Apple store inventory is totally different than delivery which accounts for the difference in availability.

Delivery is made from regional distribution Apple warehouses which competes with Apple Store stock.

Finally “Preparing to ship”, earliest advertised delivery date is tomorrow. I don’t have my hopes up!

Got my 512 indigo in today but it seems to have the trackpad looseness/wobble/rattle that some others are reporting. Starts at about the center of the trackpad and goes out to the center/left edge and up to the center/upper left corner. Almost feels like a shallow press of the MBP touchpad. Other parts of the trackpad don't feel loose like that. Unsure if it is major enough for me to take it in or just deal with it. Since I am right handed/moused most of my clicks are on the right side of the trackpad where it works normally.

A blemish on an otherwise really neat little computer.

Returning my Citrus Neo because of the color in person vs pre-released images & videos.

Wife did not like the neon sports drink color and neither did I when we received it last week.

Ordering a Blush Neo to replace it.

Interesting that Apple return now wants more details on why I want to return a Neo - lots of pull downs in order to start the return!

Guess they want feedback to their marketing dept ?

FYI, I’m noticing in-store availability of Blush and Citrus seems to be improving. Several stores in Chicago have Blush in 512GB available for pickup today.

I would suggest returning during the window and getting a new one. Maybe it’s just a bad batch.

Turned out only my husband's Neo (Citrus) was on the way (should be here later today) and mine was still processing, with ETA Mar 27-Apr 3. I checked online last night, spotted a Blush 512GB was available for pick up and canceled my original order. Picked it up from the Apple store this morning. Spent a while setting it up by connecting my Time Machine to it before even opening the lid! (following someone's instructions from elsewhere on Mac Rumors) and transferred my last back up over to it, which worked perfectly, and meant I could use my existing sign-in info from my MBP.

Apple made a mistake and changed my in-store trade-in to mail-in, so I have a little while left with my MacBook Pro to see whether I continue trading it in or keep it as a pseudo desktop.

The Blush is just gorgeous now I have it home. I set it up with the Lilac wallpaper, and it has given the whole laptop a beautiful lilac hue. Typing feels great, trackpad feels different - spongy feeling, but I like it a lot! I would take a picture, but the iphone camera just doesn't capture the shade correctly.

Currently typing this - ha - and reading Retro Gamer magazine in News Plus. I'm a very happy camper!
