Apple.com only preorder tracking (NOT 9/25delivery)

Woke up to good news. Mine shipped with a delivery date of 10/1 on UPS. Apple still shows delivery of 10/6 to 10/12.

RG 64gb 6+
 
Carrier: AT&T
ESTD: 10/23-10/30
Phone: RSD 64 gb 6s+
Order Time: 9/12 at 3 pm MT

Have received absolutely nothing about shipping or anything...
 
mine shows a delivery date of 10/16-10/23 T-Mobile RG 64gig 6s+ ordered from apple. apple is slacking this year...
 
I'm probably going to guess that I won't see any changes on mine till either this coming week or the week after since I"m on the 10/14-10/21 window.
 
That's mine ? Surely I should see some movement soon ?

Checked last night and order was preparing to ship. Checked this morning and it has shipped, with a delivery date of 9/28.

That is really upsetting to me because I have the same order and I ordered mine in the morning of 9/12 and I have no movement. Wth apple!?
 
update...my order got bumped from estimated delivery of Sept 29 - Oct. 6 to Oct. 6 - Oct. 9, but at the same time, my credit card was charged...hopefully things will change again later by the end of the day :eek:
 
A coworker had her phone held at UPS. When she went there today to get it they said it was on the truck!

If she would have know that she would have worked from home to sign. So now she might have to wait until tomorrow :(

Still in Processing. Still have cancel order button. Didn't fall for the 128gb Rose Gold 6s in Best Buy with great restraint. Still have my dignity.
 
And my phone was sitting here on the table when I walked in from work. Now off to ATT to get the correct sized SIM card. Moving back to iPhone after a brief stint with a Galaxy S5.

I tried to change the address and Apple said it went through but they lied and now I have to wait until Tuesday. It would have been fine if I had to wait but the ****ing lying is what irritates me.
 
Quick question: I tried to see if my local Verizon store had the 6s in stock, but they said the account owner had to be present. I'm on a family plan and my dad is the account owner. Does Apple have the same policy? If I have the SSN and account password, would they let me upgrade without the account owner present?

I can't speak for Verizon but I know that for AT&T an authorized user can buy a phone without the account owner present, at Apple store or AT&T store.

I have the last 4 digits of the social security number of the account owner and I didn't even think of telling them. I'm going to call them back and ask if they will accept that. I already ordered the phone online, but it doesn't hurt checking to see if I can pick it up.

As long as you are listed as an Authorized User on the account you should be fine. Just because you have the 4 digit SSN of the account owner doesn't mean they can let it pass by and let you purchase a phone. But then again you are with Verizon so I'd definitely give them a call and ask about it. I know it's not the same for AT&T as if you are not the authorized user on the account then you can't purchase a phone and you will need the account owner present.
