Which is the master number?

Its the phone number listed on your carrier account, whats listed on the bill. Some of us have family plans with several phones, one of them is usually the first or master number. You could just try all numbers listed on the account.

Tracking will not show up until they assigned a serial number (a phone) to your order, however.

Did you say the phone is listed in your "My Support Profile" page on Apple? If not its probably not in the shipping system yet.

Some had to use the master phone number on the carrier account to track. That's the phone number I had to use.

It is not yet in the My Support Profile page.

So let me tell you what is going to happen to my fellow friends waiting for info on their Verizon iPhone 5 info.

Finally, at some point late tomorrow or early Weds noon we will finally get our info.

We will see it is still in China and sweat our balls off worrying it won't be here for Friday.

When its all said and done, it will be here some point on Friday via UPS.

I heard rumor that the LTE chip/circuit was late or low yield and was holding up manufacturing. Not all phones have that chip, Verizon phones have them. ATT and European phones don't have the chip. But I dunno, a good story perhaps.

Confirmation email at 3:23AM EST

No support page serial number or tracking number on UPS.

My 64 gig now says departed Anchorage. My 32 gig is still in ZhengZhou... And my 2 Lightning USB cables are in SENNAN-SHI Japan (via FedEx.)

I am too. If you have a normal UPS delivery time it should almost certainly come then.

@JBryan84 - Same issue. I ordered the same phone, and nothing is showing up on any of site yet. I've tried UPS and FedEx, nothing. Nothing shows up in my Apple profile either. Maybe ours are already in the US and will not ship until tomorrow or Wednesday (?)

I just got my tracking number, using my billing phone #. Shipping from ZhengZhou, China with delivery on 9/21!

32GB, Black, AT&T - ordered 12:20 PST via the app. Not listed under "My Support Profile" yet...

My black AT&T 64 gb left Anchorage at 2:28PM. I'm assuming it's coming straight to my house, right?

White 16gb preordered at 3:24am here. I was not due for a upgrade so I paid full price.

It still is stating prepping to ship and it say dilivery: 9/21

No ups/FedEx info found.

Any word on this?
