There is a a UPS facility named Hodgkins INDIANA. The Ohio and Indiana Turnpikes allow triple trailers, Illinois doesn't. Therefore westbound UPS triples will drop the third trailer at the Hodgkins, INDIANA facility before driving to Hodgkins, ILLINOIS. Eastbound doubles out of Hodgkins, ILLINOIS can pickup a third trailer at Hodgkins, INDIANA for the trip across Indiana and Ohio. Obviously, UPS must run some shuttles between the 2 separate locations.
In other words, Hodgkins INDIANA is a name that was made up by UPS. It isn't the name of a community in Indiana. It probably would have bettter for them to have called it something like "John Doe Indiana".
