I'm actually a little sad that we're at this point. This past week has been awesome. From the beginning when we were all talking about our pre-orders, when the biggest problem we had was "Processing Order", then we learned the UPS trick and had loads of fun tracking our phones, and now we get close to the day we've all been waiting for. I don't get sentimental, but I really have to thank everyone for participating along with me. One of the reasons I love ordering apple products is just to be a part of this excitement in the forums. The Apple community is truly awesome.

But..we still haven't gotten our phones yet, so back to tracking!

My iPhone is in my city, and is on time for delivery tomorrow.

Then comes the mad dash around town to find a case.

haha, it is kinda bittersweet for it to come to an end, but we'll all be back when the new iPhone comes out & we go through the fun, panicky posts all over again :)

I'm worried that my iPhone got missorted, since other Coloradoans already have their iPhone in Commerce City. Mine is in Hodgkins, IN/IL...
I'm a little worried too. After nearly 2 days of inactivity between departing Anchorage and arriving in Louisville, my phone departed Billings, MT at 7:36pm today. Seems like a lot has to happen between now and when it should be "Out for delivery" tomorrow morning.

What I don't understand is how it went from Alaska to Kentucky to Montana just to end up in Colorado. It just went back and forth across half the US. Obviously, I'm not a shipping expert. I assume there's some sort of method to the madness. Just seems like a lot of wasted jet fuel.

Mine finally changed status preparing to ship. What are chances of having Monday or next week instead of oct. 5th?

Leaving for Las Vegas in the morning to visit family. Thus, I sent my ip5 to LV. As of this moment, all I see is an import scan of 8:18am in KY. I trust the phone arrives ahead of me, hopefully.

Delivery is noted as 9.21. However, it is a bit annoying to not see any movement. Nonetheless, it will be a fantastic trip.

I've had delivery people not even bother to knock and just leave a slip, while I sat inside waiting. Especially during the day, I think they just figure no one is home.

I think I'll wait outside my front door on my lawn chair. Weather's nice and cool in the mornings now. ^_^

So, none of us had UPS screw up and deliver the iPhone 5 today, huh? ^_^

Guess not.. Dang!!!! I was hoping!

PS - Do you happen to listen to WDW Podcasts? ;)

Also, does anyone know the earliest UPS does residential deliveries? What time should I be up to make sure I hear the delivery?

I think this thread is adding to my craziness. I have never been like this over previous iPhones.

I think I am hosed. Mine must have missed the plane as it is still in Louisville, KY. Hopefully they just forgot to scan the box to the plane.

Same here. I'm deciding if I am going to leave the pre-sign out there and wake up around 10 (though I'll probably wake up before then due to the excitement) since my package is due at the end of the day and UPS usually comes late to me.
