nope! i have always ordered from apple and had no issues and when my iPhone 5 arrived on release looking like a nunchuck, apple was UNREAL, you def want to deal with apple NOT att in my experience...

no matter what, even if buying one, have every device opened and ready - your best best will prob be the app but i would do one at a time as it could sign you out as a security risk or something, the whole ordeal with iCloud last week had them add extra security, it wanted me to change my password yesterday totally out of the blue...

Hi guys I am planning on preordering the T-Mobile contract free version, but I am not from the US and have read all kind of confusing information. When I contacted support the told me it should work with international SIM Cards but not with other US carriers, that sounds really strange to me.
Is there any clarity about if it comes unlocked or not?
