Mine has been in Harrisburg, PA for days. Kinda sad that I wasn't able to track it from China. It's more exciting that way.
Anyone else still in Mount Juliet, TN without any scan from UPS at all?

My problem exactly! My label was created Sunday and it's said that since then. A friend's label was created yesterday, and he's received the Origin scan in Nashville.
I'm getting a little nervous.

Nervous why? It will deliver on the day Apple says it will deliver. Trust logistics.
Some scan activity here too from TN to TX. Apple hasn't sent me the tracking # yet though. Order status is still Preparing for Shipment.

Y'all need to relax with the shipment tracking. I used to work for a major logistics company. The tracking systems are never real time. they are always a bit behind. some companies' tracking system gets updated every 20 minutes, some every couple of hours, some twice a day.
So your phone maybe already on route and you won't see it for another couple of hours.
If you have a Friday delivery from Apple, it will be there. Trust me. Their logistics partners buy up almost all the aircargo space there is, when they release new iphones or ipads. My airfreight colleagues hated the months when Apple released a new toy, because it is virtually impossible to get any kind of space for other cargo on the planes.
It will all be good.

oh and by the way, if you're iphone is in tennessee and you are in the u.s. it will be with you on friday. i am in germany. if i order stuff from the states and ups is the carrier, it ususally leaves from tennessee and is with me within 24 hours. and that's including customs clearance.
I don't think you can trust any tracking at all or lack of tracking as indicating a true picture of anything. I have been through all of this before and it varied between no tracking at all and some tracking but regardless they always got here on the launch day (in fact on one of mine last time, it got absolutely no tracking at all). I know it makes you crazy but you shouldn't put too much into what tracking there is or isn't. One of my phones shows it got to and left Alaska but yet the other shows nothing and it is the one that left China a day early. I bet both are sitting in the same USA hub today waiting to be shipped out overnight on Thu. It was like that last time as I said, and both got here right on time. There is just too many of them and all shipped in bulk for UPS to get it all right or even try. And both last time said pending still when they were in my hands. Pending just means they have been completely authorized by the CC company/bank and that is all Apple cares about because it then means they have gotten authorization and they can come in any time, within 30 days I think the bank said, to actually get their funds.
Strange...that's not working for me. I'm getting a wrong or not supported serial # error.
Canadians: anyone having any luck trying to track their phone with telephone number or reference numbers off invoices?

Everyone's in-store pickup will say "Processing" until someone at your Apple Store opens their pallet, assigns you a phone, and marks you as "Ready for pickup".
Exact same for mine - I really don't expect any movement until tomorrow or tomorrow night. When I get deliveries from UPS with next day service from Amazon they generally land in a distribution center either in Petersburg or Richmond, VA and leave on the truck between 615 and 8 am for delivery. My amazon order was delivered early today by UPS - I'm hoping the same happens on Friday but I'm kinda doubtful.

I can't even fit it onto my iPhone 5 w/o a bunch of uninstalling.. hence why I went 64GB on my iPhone 6!
I could, in theory, put it on my iPad, but I'm a big SolForge player and the game is incompatible until the next patch, Monday-ish.
