My shipping info also disappeared, says shipping label was created 09/27/2014. My phone arrived in Anchorage at 5:08 pm on 09/27/14. I've noticed a few times while checking tracking that stuff has disappeared. I wouldn't worry too much, it will come back.

Same here - still have tracking number, but delivery date of Oct 2 is gone - no info at all
Got the same order and est date. No change at all yet. Hopefully next week

My phone had arrived in Frankfurt and It was moving in between ups centers in order to be ready for delivery Monday or Tuesday.
Now everything is reset and says label ready for ups.
I just wish I had taken a screenshot before all this mess!

Could be even later, because of the Chinese national day which means everything would be closed for a couple of day( 1st of october)
nope, this is also happening to my amazon packages, which means this is actually a server problem
My tracking has been 'reset' as well. I'm back at "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."
But the label was created on 9/26.
Purchased 64GB. iPhone 6+ on Apple.com with AT&T Wireless on September 26th. On processing items, with standard shipping and a delivery window of Oct 27th - Nov 3rd.
I doubt I will see any update to preparing to ship anytime soon....

If I go back to tracking by reference, I find "Your search found 2 packages matching your package reference criteria." But they both have the same tracking number. One label was created on 9/25 and the other on 9/26.
reference search does not work for me, so I have no idea what u r facing, but I am sure this is a server issue, because until now all my amazon shipments r showing ready for ups even though they were all in transit before this situation occurred.
Ordered mine, 6+ 128, 9/23 with estimated delivery 10/22-10/29 - Processing.
I keep checking everyday with hopes to see the status change but i know it's futile.

So impatient for my Apple order "Processing" to change to "Preparing to Ship." Wasted a whole week waiting for my AT&T preorder to change from its late November, cancelled and ordered from Apple. October 20-27 delivery dates.
