My phone is due tomorrow, so I called UPS and they said not to worry. As long as the delivery date is still active and there are no exceptions, it will deliver tomorrow.

She said that they miss scans or the system doesn't always update. I am trusting what she told me, but it is still a little weird that there is no other updates from the point it got to Alaska.

I'm in the same boat! Hopefully you're right. I can see missing a scan on exiting Anchorage but to have it also miss the scan on entering Louisville seems hard to believe.

We have the exact scans starting @ yesterday's 5:15 ZZ departure (was not really a departure) scan to… we missed the flight…
are you on the west coast?

Not that i want or like to be a conspiracy theorist but..... you all do know that the Chinese restriction on buying iPhone 6's was lifted yesterday... Could be that our phones are going to local retailers now.....

processing for 12 days including weekend....i dont think our phones have been even manufactured....they probably dont even have serial numbers yet either...

Ordered mine on 9/19...this whole thing sucks....i am this close to cancel my order...but then I think about having to drive like crazy to different cities to see if MAYBE i am lucky and find what I want...with this California traffic I highly doubt it.....:mad:

phones are out now joke was on the people who preordered

Do most updates happen in the morning for the US? My phone 'missed the plane' like a lot of others. Wondering if the next update we'll get will be tomorrow morning.

Also, for anyone that wants to go to the store to get one (even if they have stock), I've seen that the lines are super long anyway...

I recommend that you take a screenshot of their estimated delivery date showing 10/2 just in case they don't deliver, we can call them and force them to rush the shipment since they missed their delivery date.

Doubtful. It would mean they would bring whole pallets backs, pull the shrink-wrap off, pull out every sim, factory unlock the AT&T / Verizon ones, reset each phone to default to Chinese / lock to the local carriers, rebox/shrink wrap.

Be much simpler to just commandeer the ones that are still in the production line.

well you would think after this shipment that is being
held hostage that it wouldn't happen again but at this point who knows

Changed Order

My husband and I ordered two iPhone 6 Pluses and they are still in processing. Today he said that while at work he saw a friend with the 6+ and thought it would be too big for his type of job. So today, he switched to the regular 6. Since he made the order today and I know that the regular 6's have been shipping faster, does anyone know roughly how long it'll take the phone to get to us. Will it be here before the 7-10 business days estimate? He ordered the iPhone 6 64gb Silver for T-Mobile through Apple's website of course. :apple:

The story is all the same, I wish I knew when it was actually coming or even where it really was....

Hey JJJensen: Well, it seems that both our phones are in the same flight. Let's hope they can accomplish delivery time... In my case is crucial they do it, otherwise I will have to cancel the order, because the phone is intended for someone who is to leave US soil next Tuesday...

¡LET'S CROSS FINGERS!

My 6 came off production and into the UPS nightmare within 5 days of ordering. My initial estimate of delivery by Apple was mid-Oct. UPS says I should get it by monday (assuming nothing else goes awry).

I "processed" for like 16 days. I'm not understanding the process this time around.

I've seen a mix of people who processed for a week only and then there are the people who processed for 15+ days which (in my opinion) is ridiculous. These are the longest "Processing" periods I've ever seen. Apple has really let a lot of people down in the Production side of things. They highly under estimated their supply and demand. Beautiful products though. Have to give that to them.

While I agree with the very few people who are telling everyone to be patient as apple's est ship time hasnt come and gone yet, I do have to look back at every single pre-order I've made for previous iphones. I've always preordered and received the phone on release day, while only select few got them in stores that day. This time it's like they don't give a sh** about people that preordered. "Haha we got their commitment already, let's try and get some of the other people who happen to stroll into the stores now instead of sending the others' their phones."
I've seen the stock in stores go in and out everyday now. More and more people are getting in lines everyday to get the phone, meanwhile there are thousands of other people who actually took the time to preorder the thing...
I understand the whole manufacturing process of why the gold 128g sprints are getting to everyone but the 64b att and verizon's are still stuck, but give us a break. apple dropped the ball on this release as far as i'm concerned.
I refuse to stand in one of those insane lines for any product and after this release I may think twice on my next brand of phone when it comes time to pre-order or not... No hating here, just saying that this opens up options for me now.
Doubt I'm alone on this.

no, I honestly think they sent too much stock to their stores and not enough to pre-order customers. defeats the whole pre-order process as far as I'm concerned...

I ordered mine on September 13th at around 4pm. It barely switched to "preparing for shipment" on Monday night! Estimated delivery October 14-21

Anyone on the same boat?

iPhone 6 Plus 64gb Space Grey AT&T

I ordered around the same time and mine went to preparing for shipment Monday nigh/early Tuesday morning as well as same est. delivery dates. 6+ 64 gb Gold AT&T for me. I'm getting impatient.

This is the first time I have not received the iPhone on release day and I've had every one of them (except 5c).

I had a similar situation (which I ranted about earlier). VZW will restore your eligibility right away. I've done that a couple of times while on the phone with a VZW rep. Maybe if you call AT&T up and play the squeaky hinge very loudly, they'll get off their duffs and do it sooner, as in, right away. I've learned recently to not take Apple's word about anything.

I have more news! AT&T told me that they'd reset the eligibility right away! So, I call the Apple Store to cancel the order! But... The Apple Store tells me that they wouldn't cancel the order until the phone is restocked into their system, thus, I'm going to wait for this ****** iPhone.

Don't even think it...

I know everyone is currently freaking out about UPS shipping processing so this is kind of besides the point...

I order my ATT IP6+ on 9/23 through Apple.com and have a delivery estimate of 10.21-10.28. I'm still on 'Processing Items'. Anyone with this estimate and similar order make any progress? I'm getting so impatient after having to cancel with att on the 12th because of a ridiculous 11.9-11.27 estimate.

Ordered 1 (6+ 128GB SG) on the 20th and another (same) 21st.

Original Apple delivery estimate 10-21- 10/28.

Shipped on 9-27. New Apple estimate 10-06.

UPS estimate delivery date 10-02 (EOD).

Currently stuck in AK for the last 27 hrs...

Mine is stuck in Anchorage, supposedly.

I counted 8 flights by UPS yesterday (09-30) from Anchorage to Louisville and only two today (10-01). :(

I still have a 10/02 delivery date...so far.

Me too...doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

I ordered the same exact phone with the same specifications but ordered on 9/24. Im still Processing. Your very luck to have it shipped already.

I usually wake up to updates so it seems to be really late at night or early morning.

Ok, thanks!!! I guess he will be receiving his phone before mine now:mad:! Lol, I hate these issues with the 6+'s. I'm sure they made more 6 than the plus but I don't understand why?! So disappointed with Apple.
