Notice that the 'swearing emoji' used 5 characters and not the commonly used 4 characters. I find this to be a very cute and coy implementation, so typical of Apple.

I dunno, we’ve always used images. Before emoji there were, well, emoticons and this forum is guilty of supporting them for the longest time. Before that MSN had them, before that (or as well as all that) we’ve always used “(-:” and the type “<@In an emergency, people could always use WORDS to express themselves. This emoji madness is like something out of 'Idiocracy'
Remember that the "I Love You"-emoji easily will be confused with the "Sign of the Horns"-emoji.I love Emoji!
