I'm going to disagree with that. The wealth building conservatives like means wealth building for a few people while everyone else suffers. Sure wealth was created for the top 2% but at the expense of everyone else. After the last two conservative presidents we were left with a recession when they were handed a relatively good economy by their predecessors. It remains to be seen the full impacts of the Trump presidency. The federal workers aren't happy that Trump shut down the government over a promise he couldn't possibly make good on and instead of just saying he tried to make Mexico pay for the wall but couldn't he decided to stick it to the American tax payers and Federal Workers. I'm sure that many people will now avoid working for the government for that reason alone.Perhaps. Conservative approaches to wealth building have been more successful overall for the country, compared to a “tax the rich” approach; and the “buying” of those on power may be a small part of it.
I prefer not to delve into a conversation about whether conservatism or liberalism is better
Suffice to say, that either approach has their bad actors and corrupt politicians.

Im okay with Tim Cook playing the game. It's what he has to do right now until we get more AOCs in congress.
