STILL nothing better than getting a personalized BD card in your mailbox, from someone who took the time to create one or even bought one, scripted a note, and put it in the mail ... there's the real love.
either way, this is pathetic. apple is the new hallmarkAre these screen effects something new for smart phones - or a catch up to android ?
The first thing I did after coming to the comment section was pressing CTRL + F and type in "Sony Bravia", because I knew someone would make a post about those bouncing balls ad. That ad gave me a nostalgic feeling, absolutely fantastic ad.Nice ad, but not as nice as the Sony Bravida ad that was made with real jumping balls...

I love it when people say this (so brilliant). Like "Gee, how come Apple never thought of that?"It would have been great if the port was front or back part of the mouse...not under...lol.
Nice homage to "The Red Balloon" an absolute classic french film from 1956. If you enjoyed this you have to see the original it really is magical!
the stock price? An embarrassingly bad one. I like the commercial, but I cringed when that tagline came on.
What exactly is practically magic? The phone? The messages? And how so?
Some people can't see the obvious. (I generally call them Android users; but that's just me)
I spam my teenage kids with these and the gifs constantly. Seriously all day long. I am the annoying out of date silly Dad no matter what I do - so I earn it!I find it kinda sad that they're focusing on a little feature that's just for fun and definitely gets old quickly. Does anyone actually use these effects? I tried it once, and it was fun, then never again. And really, "on iPhone 7"? It's not a hardware feature. This is the kind of thing Android "fanboys" make fun of Apple for.
The only reason I updated is because iOS 10 seems faster than iOS 9, and I needed to update for work. The GUI looks nicer in some places. Overall happy with the update as a whole. Well, they made the Music app worse, as usual.
We don't. We just have a national crisis about it. Probably less bullying than previously. My kids are some of the most introverted nerdy kids in school - they have not even seen bullying and they would be targets. I apologize to the inevitable poster whose kid was killed in a tragic bully accident. When I was a little boy in grade school, the teacher would show "The Red Balloon" sometime during the year on a 'class movie day'.
You'd think they would show that movie more often today, with all the bullying issues we have in schools now.
Is having a port under the mouse okay?I love it when people say this (so brilliant). Like "Gee, how come Apple never thought of that?"
Port on front (ugly) and means it's now a "corded" mouse.
Port on the back (ugly) and what the heck for?? can't use mouse.
Get the port out of the way; Plug in the charger one night to charge for a couple of months worth of power. Boom; You done.

so...are these cg balloons or did Apple just litter thousands of balloons?

Yes. The j/k should have told you I was "just kidding"!Are you kidding?? Someone will complain just because their eyes saw the ad at all.
They'll complain just because...
Management sell-off left a lot of money on the table. AAPL is currently trading higher than it was when they sold. They lost MILLIONS by selling when they did.Apple's bubble close to bursting? I guess that explains the management shares sell-off.
Here's what I though of:When I was a little boy in grade school, the teacher would show "The Red Balloon" sometime during the year on a 'class movie day'.

From my perspective (and I guess Apple designers too), that's exactly where I want it.Is having a port under the mouse okay?
Edit: battery replace is great actually.

I remember seeing that when I was a kid. This ad immediately reminded me of that movie. Apple's recent commercials have been really great... this one is already one of my faves.
Every single rechargeable Logitech mouse released in the last 15 years has had the recharging port placed on the front of the mouse. Every review I've ever read where that fact was mentioned was done so positively, as in "hey I can still use the mouse normally even while it is charging." Every review for the updated Magic Mouse that mentioned the placement of the Lightning port did so negatively, as in "why the hell didn't they just put it on the front so it would be still be usable while charging?" Not a single one I read, and I tend to read a lot because I'm weird in that regard, spoke positively of the matter. In fact, you're the first I've ever seen do so, going so far as to insult others to do it. There's Apple Apologists, and then there's angry aggressive Apple Apologists.I love it when people say this (so brilliant). Like "Gee, how come Apple never thought of that?"
