Was checking the Apple Store, and I don't think I will pre-order iPhone 15 Pro Max as I need to see the phones in person before I can decide on the colour.

I think natural titanium 15PM is really nice. And much cheaper than last years 14PM. But it is how it is hopefully next time I have better luck with the iPhone 😆

+1. Nothing bad to say, it's just nothing new. I don't see the reason to upgrade if you have iPhone 12 or up. Especially with the latest iPhone getting last year's processor, I feel conflicted about it. Glad prices are not going up in the US but can't wait to see the European prices. If that's like the 14 series it's going to be disappointing.

Update: The 15 Pro launched 100 Euro cheaper than the 14 Pro last year. Great to see.
Exactly. My dad is very excited to upgrade from an 8, but I’m more than happy with my 13.

Personally, with all the changes in framing, I would be leery of buying this iPhone 15 till we find out if it is sturdy. Do not want to go through bend gate again.

You won't have bend gate issues, but maybe that focus element could be more fragile. Dunno.

OH - you are maybe not talking about the 15 Pro Max.

If you just want the "15" - I dunno - it depends if you are rocking some really old iPhone. Maybe there are tons of those.

Damn, the one thing I was waiting for was an updated magsafe duo with fast charging for Apple watch.... I thought for sure they would release an updated one after they told all charger manufacturers that they had to include watch fast charging.

I checked the tech specs. They are exact same between 15 Pro and 14 Pro.
How is the battery not better with the 3nm chip? That's so weird lol. So the 15 is really a nothing burger with USB C being the main addition.

Bit of a bummer that there’s no black version of the Ultra 2. Mark Gurman definitely lost his credibility, massively. I’m not sure if the action button, titanium chassis and new chip is enough to open my wallet. I do want a pro Max though, so I’ll probably order it this Friday. I’m such a sucker for Apple tech. Lmao.

On a serious note. Usual solid updates to their lineup. No one asked for thinner bezels though that's just daft. But I'm a happy iPhone 13 Pro and Apple Watch Series 8 user. Have zero plans to upgrade.

Decent updates, better camera let's hope they've fixed the algorithm to allow for the higher pixel count. I think it's a travesty or epic proportions they've ditched the mute switch!! For a customisable button? For what? Oh you can launch an app, so you can unlock your phone look at the screen and launch an app with a button as opposed to tapping the screen..... they ditched the mute switch for that!

Good screen updates. Usual performance boost. And at least the price increase rumours were only semi right.

iPhone 15 standard is basically the 14 Pro. So if you can't get a 14 Pro cheap enough get the new 15 standard.

Solid devices but I can see their sales dropping no matter their trade in prices. iPhones are just too good to replace every year or even 2 or 3. Money is tight these days.

Carriers don't make upgrading easy for those that use dual sim. Each time I upgrade, the additional sim is locked for 60 days or more I believe. I had to use an old Samsung S9 as a work phone until Verizon's policy expired.

Well, considering my current phone plan is about to finish I'm fortunate that it roughly falls on new iPhone day. I guess I'll be getting the iPhone 15 Pro with the whit titanium finish as I think it looks gorgeous (I love the brushed finish). However I don't see much value in upgrading from an iPhone 14 (or even a 13 from a certain point of view), there aren't enough distinguishing features/noticeable performance gains to make an upgrade a valuable proposition in my opinion. If I had bought a 14 pro outright then there is no way whatsoever that I would pay £1199 to upgrade unless I was made of money. However we've all known that we are living through a time of purely incremental upgrades. Long gone are the days where a new iPhone (or any flagship phone for that matter) would be a serious upgrade over the previous model.

I wonder what the next paradigm shift in phone technology will be that'll make a yearly upgrade a valuable proposition again? I'd like to see a cellular Apple Watch/airpods pro pairing and combine those two products into a sort of iPhone Nano kind of concept. My guess is that wearables/wearable technology will be that paradigm shift in phone development.

Having said all of that, I'm looking forward to getting my new iPhone 15 Pro with a white titanium finish on launch day. I'll try and get the Max if the plans don't gouge my eyes out! It's my reward after suffering through that diabolical, cringy and boring presentation. Someone at Apple needs to understand that manic transitions between team members does not equate to excitement/interest. The products themselves should drive the excitement and interest levels. Oh wait... Umm... Never mind.

My new iPhone is only weeks away! Hurray!

Not to say I told you so, but I kept telling you all to stop trusting that rumor about the physical battery sizes being increased. The person who leaked it literally released an update hours later to take the rumor with a grain of salt, but websites reporting on it and people kept referencing it as truth.
