Doomed, I tell you.
If you haven't noticed yet, there are always rumors ahead of these quarter-end statements. Dark rumors. Stock goes down, depending on how many exclamation points the rumor has. This time, the fixers have been jumping up and down with dark predictions. So it would be fitting if the overall picture is much, much better than the rumors would have it. Pump and dump is when a stock hustler has big rumors, the price of some little-known stock goes up, and then they sell it quick before everybody notices it's crap. Well, this happens all the time. Bad rumors about Apple's latest quarter. Little (and stupid) people sell, sell, sell. The big guys buy up everything they can at the low, and then, they have stock to sell or collect dividends on at the high price. Ta-da. Now, since Trump counts all that useless motion as "growth," we will then have a bunch of good rumors, keeping Apple high until the smart guys sell their excess high.
