Its the EU going after companies that got illegal tax breaks in the EU. Apple wasnt the first nor the last. This has zero to do with apple itself .
Agree.
It seems the EU commission does not have ability to accuse the countries of offering these illegal tax breaks, so it goes after the companies. Much of what is said talks about the countries, and then ordering the countries to correct the issue, and subversively change their practices.
Note all the countries are defending their customers, and their actions, even though they could earn huge sums of additional money. Sad situation.
