I have been in the study for 31 days and have contributed 200 times to the data. I have a heart condition, so I guess mine are interesting....
`
I don’t think you can draw any conclusions about your sample rate.

I’m averaging about 5.5 contributions per day right now. I haven’t been tracking over time so I’m not certain how variable it is.

I joined the same about 4 days ago and it shows that I have 11 Heart Rhythm Data Contributions.

That is it, there is no feedback from the people running the app. I would assume at the end you would hear something or instantly if you have a heart problem. It is not the most “rewarding” study I have been in but it is non-intrusive and takes no time away from the subject.

does using use Heart rate study app use up more battery life from the watch or does it not work in the background?

I am sure, while they are taking a reading and retrieving the data it would, but that would not take up that much. At least I did not notice it on my X, it comes home with 50% + or - on the battery each day. Some days they took 2-3 readings and other days 4 maybe.

I forget exactly but when looking at it one morning a statement came up telling me that it was concluded. I then erase the app.

I did not wear my watch at night while sleeping.

Which app are you supposed to connect for the study? I only have Cardiogram connected. There is no mention of contributions. Is this the right study?

Update: It seems I'm in another study. The study being discussed is only available to people in the US.

The study is in an early phase just beginning to enroll and collect data. I don't think there would be any information to give us at this point other than how enrollment is going. I certainly hope that anyone with an abnormal reading would be notified. However I don't understand why someone enrolled in the study would be excluded and not given a reason.

I've been in the study for 39 days with 123 contributions.
