I will stop right here since you are getting the facts wrong. There was a secret settlement that you can easily determine is what happened.

The reason that was brought up is an example of twisting the legal system as this case is. However sometimes in justice common sense need not apply.

Hmm.... Ok, gotcha, there was the jury awards, but the settlement and agreement of the case have been sealed.

Well, playing the other way, you are we could easily determine that McDonalds doesn't want their name tarnished. No.....

You are correct, I don't know all facts on this one apparently. From everything I have read and seen on this case.

I was going off my memory, then as soon as you mentioned the closed settlement I went and looked it up.
