I never called Apple to complain, because my iPhone 4 works perfectly fine for me. I have yet to drop a call.

I never called to complain either. I had problems, but instead of complaining about them, I just returned the phone. It obviously wasn't for me.

Same here. My reception is better than my 3GS.

An unscheduled redesign would be very bad PR for Apple. Not going to happen.

Me, too. I have full bars all the time, both at home and at work, and I never drop a call. It is most excellent.

Glad to see the PR speak worked on you. One half of one percent complained. The other 99.5% didn't waste their time calling as they read about it on the Internet.

Now of course that 99.5% number is me spouting off, but you get the point.

Even if every phone has the attenuation issue, it really only matters to those who notice it in their everyday use. If an issue doesn't adversely affect them in a noticeable way, it might as well not exist for them.

I find it impossible to believe that most people experiencing problems don't complain to Apple directly.

When a public company releases numbers that can affect their stock price, they aren't making the numbers up, despite what all the anti-corporate trolls might think.

If Apple was redesigning the hardware, they wouldn't be moving ahead on launching in more countries this week.

at least they have to figure out the hardware issue with the antennagate before shipping out the white iphone 4. cause unfortunately, sometimes Apple won't admit their fault.

I say 70% its not a firmware problem because my 3G never dropped a single bar! its always full and out of 1000 calls, maybe 1 drops! I never complained about the signal :(

Sigh

I have no issues with the antenna.

The only issues I have are the well publicized issues with the proximity sensor due to the fact that I'm temporarily using a case for my old 3G that doesn't fit
properly and because of this fact a decorative leather band partially covers the proximity sensor making a minor annoyance a bigger problem than it should be.

I just don't want to use it without a case of any kind because I'll probably drop it in a rock garden full of broken glass or something stupid like that.
