I just can't decide if I should get in on this deal or wait for the new MBs. The cost is obviously a big plus for this deal.
Will they announce this week if MB will be updated and when they will come out??? WIll they talk about MB at all?
Does anyone have any idea about why we may want to wait? Should college students wait for the new iPod touches? Is technology at a point that Apple can produce 60 or 80 gig iPod touch models and sell them at reasonable prices? With the college discount, we can still get a 32 gig for $200.
We're unlikely to see a different design, so the only updates I can imagine are more storage, better battery, etc. My evidence: the iPhone received only minor tech and cosmetic improvements (along with, of course, the drop in price) - what is in store for the iPod touch?
whenever it is, i hope apple tells us so we know. If its july 14th then i can wait. it will be a good deal with the back to school deal if that works...if its in September then thats too late.
Does anything think that when Apple runs out of iPod touches, if they do, will only offer the iPod nano for the promotion?
