Seeing as i broke my iPhone 6 a few days ago and have been using a 8gb 5c (really shouldn't be complaining this is such a first world problem) I will be preordering on the 12th at midnight. Luckily I have an upgrade on my account as I paid off my phone on the Next program. Apples new program of being able to upgrade every year does sound interning. I might just have to look into that.

iPhone 6s' 3D Touch looks like one of those things you have to use to really understand.

Also they got rid of the 8GB iPhone finally. The 5s is available in both 16GB and 32gb.

Same 1080p LED screen in the plus. Was hoping for a high resolution screen, especially now they included 4k video. Not everyone has a 4k TV so it would be good to be able to watch the high res videos.

Low res screen is lame enough but If it's only 1gb ram too... That's just bad

Someone at that event needs to get geek bench on a demo unit haha

Don't understand why Apple is so scared to put a black front on any color, but the space gray.

Did they talk about RAM? Battery? OIS on the iPhone 6s?

Is anyone else extremely glad they finally moved the preorder to Saturday? I know some people have to work on Saturdays (I was a student not too long ago) but the vast majority work, you know, during the work week. Glad I won't have to haul myself into work after being up crazy late. Especially since it seems like something always freezes up and I have to wait forever while it processes my order.

I can forgive a lot of things, this having an outdated 12mp camera, still having 1GB ram, still being that expensive, but certainly not these horrible ****** colours that have been around for 3 generations now, and certainly not the ridiculous abusive 16GB memory in 2015.

The iPhone 6s+ is still 1920x1080. I was really hoping for a native 2208x1242 display, it would make compete sense to stop downscaling everything to 1080p. In fact, the screens have the exact same specs as last year, no improvement whatsoever.

I'm starting to consider waiting for iPhone 7 already :(

they don't mention things like that. It'll come on the site later
They normally don't even put that on the site. It'll take a Geekbench or teardown to know for sure.

Great. Seems like they raised the prices in Germany, again. The iPhone 6s models are now 80 € more expensive when compared to the entry level prices of the iPhone 6 last year.

So…4K video on the iPhone 6S, but no 4K playback on the new Apple TV? I see what you did there Apple. You want me to buy a 5K iMac. Unfortunately for my wallet I just might do that next year.

So how are people supposed to take any decent 4k videos with only 16gb free space?
Was there an easily toggle-able setting to turn off 4K on the video screen? If not there should at least be one in settings. There's a switch for 60fps, although I wish I could toggle it in the lower right corner just like the fps speed in slow-mo mode.

Looks like it's not 2GB :( I only say this because there's absolutely nothing mentioned on the tech specs page (http://www.apple.com/iphone-6s/specs/). I could be wrong, but I'm not getting the sense at all that 2GB of RAM is included. :( I hope I'm wrong.

Apple never mentions RAM or clock speed or core count. It's the things reviewers and benchmarks will tell us.
