Apple is just laughing on leakers' faces. Or maybe they are filtering the mole
Laughing for sure. I remember discussing the original iPad with the Mac developers back in 2010 and broached this very topic. They told me they are as curious as everyone what is coming because they have no knowledge unless they're working on the product. The iPad guys told me they're always interested in reading about their products and chuckle when things completely miss or are in shock or amazed when something is on the money. Point being that Apple is so secretive that they don't dream of leaking.

If he were a doctor he’d likely lose his medical license. We can make irrelevant analogies all day long.
So we agree then!

And you do know that you fell for my attempt to troll you, right? 😈

And yeah, we obviously agree on all things from the beginning to the end of time!
Actually he's 73% accurate and its more than the occasional thing wrong. And that 73% is mostly stuff that he just regurgitates from other leakers. He rarely starts a rumor that he is correct on.
And if we go back to my baseball batting average example, he'd be getting every one of his hits off of another person's pitches. That would be 100%, but by definition it would not be a batting average.

Yes, I'm trolling you too. But we obviously agree too! ;)

So the next generation of chip M1 is M1x ? So the M2 chip is a rumor loss @@

But there was no realistic expectation of it being announced Monday. It's almost certain Apple will release updated MacBook Pros this year. The only question is when.
I heard a rumor about an expectation for September.

Come on, M1 iMac is too fresh for the chip to be replaced so soon... looking at the whole picture with a realistic eye the absence of new hardware/chip was expected

M1 can be an entry model while the M1X or M2 can be higher end for pros who need the extra power. Nothing is getting replaced lol. One product can’t cater to the entire world. Everyone has certain & different needs. People need to keep that in mind before making opinions about Apple.

The chip is 7 months old, and the iMac is an entry-level model.

Higher-end MBPs have to be just around the corner, and I don't think the M1 makes sense for them. Either a higher-end M1X, or something from the M2 already.

I could go the rest of the year without having to read about another "Prosser Leak" on MacRumors. The guy is wrong 99% of the time but he still gets press like we are supposed to actually take anything he says seriously.
Absolutely. The guy is a joke. His “leaks” are a combination of rumors/click bait. Why he’s even considered a leaker baffles me.
