Apple has posted a Quicktime stream of their Media Event today.

1,000 Songs in your pocket changed everything. Here we go again.

Watch Apple CEO Steve Jobs deliver a special announcement from San Francisco's Moscone West.
See the video-on-demand event right here exclusively in QuickTime and MPEG-4.

Steve Jobs introduced the iTunes/Motorola Phone, iTunes 5, and the iPod nano at today's event.

Yeah, really no replacement for the Keynote at the Expo. Still, I'll take it. I would like a little update on the state of the Mac though...

I'll stream it now. I've been wanting to see what the Nano looks like in real life.
You're going to stream yourself into an Apple store?

Ha!

Rather boring keynote, but still fairly cool. I couldn't believe how anti-climatic it was for the introduction of 2 great new products. Weird.

Working for a Japanese company we have an open floor plan and my office has blinds that I never close so if I close them to relax and watch the QT steam people will wonder what is going on!

So, I have booked a meeting room and will lock the door for an hour and stream away...

I also HDD'd CNBC Asia last night at 3.00 am so have Sir Steve to look forward to when I get home!

These are specific members of the press. Hardly the fanatic faithful that frequent these type of events :)

yea it was boring and poor quality (at least mine was, the window was so small when i tryed to make it bigger steve looked all blurry and i'm not even drunk

I thought it was great. I especially liked the Madonna part and Steve's profound use of adjectives when introducing the nano. :D

Hey. What's that Steves drinking?
I noticed he upgraded from a standard water bottle.

Thats strange. Its pretty good quality for me. 640x360 window and so far its been streaming quite well.

Video is streaming poorly for me using the new Quicktime (yes I have set prefs). Just checked my 3Mbit line and its doing a full 2.5 in reality, so it shouldn't be on my end.

Anyone else think the Cingular guy is a total sleaze? Just reminds me of a used car dealer.
He did didn't he? :p

Relatively decent keynote. Not all that exciting on the crowds end for what was being said. On the whole it was good, but it was no MWSF keynote...

I'm going to take a shower now and shave. Hopefully after my 2 cups of coffee, the demand will have died down enough so that I can enjoy a higher quality stream of this most awesome product announcement. :D

I thought it was just my ISP being bad as usual, but no I'm guessing the Apple server is swamped... I've been trying to get on this stream for about 8 hours! The only half watchable version i got was through VLC!

Quality from Apple's site is great for me. Watching full screen on a 15" PB... looks awesome!

I love the new QT.
