If you go to that Apple Support page, there is a link to Dolby Atmos playlists. It’s still not showing when I open the Music app, but the playlists are there via the link in this Apple Support page
Worked for me! Awesome.

Don’t see spatial audio option on my beats solo 3 … does anyone see it?
I don't see it either. It almost makes me wonder if they have coded it to appear on the 8th so an update isn't needed - the support page says the 8th and the person in Australia where it's the 8th already is seeing it.

I have only played from the playlist briefly between meetings. I have not looked into Albums which i'll look to do back at the office. Definitely was spatial audio though, immersion on the APP was insane.
June 8th here in Japan, too. I have the same Spatial Audio playlists showing up in Listening Now, but playback itself is still normal, not spatial.

Showing up on my iPad.

Good tip! It sounds great

I took that to mean for video - it is not currently supported for video as far as I know. Also, per the Apple Music support page posted above, it says nothing about needing an M1 for Dolby Atmos in Apple Music:

I have 11.4 and I have nothing like that under playback. M1 MBA.
