Just can't get it to work. The whole social security thing is screwing me up. If I try again in like 4 hours is there a chance of me still getting one?

ATT website seems to think I need to call some Premier Support phone number from M-F 8am to 9pm due to error A438. I tried logging off and logging back in. Now it says I have recently started as a new customer and can't use their website and it also shows that I have no automated billing although I currently DO use automated billing and have been a customer for over a year. Sucky website!

Tried the Apple website, but when I said upgrading an existing iPhone it still asked me to select data plan and text plan. It is only listing the unlimited or a la carte text plans, I have the 1000 text plan that is no longer offered. Sucks! Don't want to have my text plan changed by Apple when ordering.

Gave up on web ordering. ATT, you Suck! I tried the Verizon website for comparison, smooth as butter getting into the ordering system there. Sprint was failing on the second step for ordering. On hold calling ATT to place the order over the phone to customer support, on hold for 39 minutes so far.

Wow...I can't preorder through Apple if I'm a new Sprint customer....wtf?

Sprint and Verizon's sites seem to be fine.

ATT's is worthless. I keep having issues at the end of my checkout with Apple.
 
Anyone able to keep unlimited data on AT&T? I don't see it as an option on the data screen.

Gave me the option, still waiting for the order to finish processing though. I had it done on the app but I needed to change my shipping address and it wouldn't let me.

It doesnt matter how well they prepare a culmination of millions accessing one store at once for the same Data, theres not enough bandwidth available to make that a smooth process.

You can pick any plan from ATT and if it gets changed just call ATT support, they will reverse it for you. It happened to me last year =\
 
I'm waiting until November for the unlocked version… great got to wait on a hammered website for a second time!

And also the problem is my data plan isn't listed in the options.

How can the servers be overloaded? Nobody was going to order this spec bump. Everyone is waiting to order the Nexus Amazon Shipping Phone
 
Verizon.com seems to be the only site that has been working since the official moment preorders were allowed.

Poor Sprint.com.... it never even had a chance....

Ordered through verizon's site once it was apparent that Apple.com was having issues. I usually like to get my stuff directly from Apple but this year I'll see how this method goes.
One thing I didn't seem to be offered was the new AppleCare+. They wanted to try and sell me their monthly insurance plans. Anybody know what to do about this since you now have to purchase this new AppleCare at time of purchase?

THey could prepare by getting all the extraneous images off of the screen. That's a lot of extra connections.

The menu bars as a dozen individual graphic items DO NOT help my shopping experience. It really slows it down.
