If you are a new Sprint Customer you're SOL. Apple won't accept pre-orders and the Sprint site is down right now.

ATT is Improving their site to make it better for me!!!

Simultaneously their crashed server prevents us ATT customers from completing our orders online (Apple can't access their servers to get the data). In turn...boom...no phone.

I'm trying not to worry since each carrier has a certain # of phones they will get access to and everyone else on ATT is stuck. Sprint and Verizon won't take ATT's phones....it's not set up that way....
 
I'm curious - why would Apple delay unlocked iPhones for the states when they are available to pre-order ( Delivery to be 14th October ) in Canada and other countries now?

By the way....my order has crashed at every single step. I've gotten through plan choices (all wrong and not consistent with my present plans) and then it hangs and says it can't process my order.....

It's the joy of early adopting....I just would love to get some sleep tonight...

I got through. Ordered a 32 GB white. Though idk if I officially ordered it. I got a reservation # and they'll email me when it's ready to be ordered? It said I'd get it on the 14th. We'll see.
 
Verizon.com seems to be the only site that has been working since the official moment preorders were allowed.

Poor Sprint.com.... it never even had a chance....

Ha! sprint never had a chance? That's why my phone is ordered and I have been on sprint.com and it is running smooth? okay!
 
Ive successfully made it through Verizon's site 7 times. I can't for the freaking life of me get it to recognize that i want to continue my unlimited data plan and list that as an option.

i'm going to bed. i'm tired of this bs.
 
Placed order on Verizon Wireless with no problems at 3:30 AM ET. Was able to upgrade an existing non-iphone line early, kept unlimited data, visual voicemail became no-charge. Only negative was no corporate discounts on the order. I can get 20% discount on parts of my wireless bill through my company's employee discount program. Not on this order. Sort of a bummer as this was the main line on my family plan. Oh well, grin and bear it, I guess...
 
I've given up. Apparently you can't do an in-store pickup and I won't be home for delivery anyway. It's the line for me!
