For families the 2 pricier options are excellent. But would be nice to have more mix and match options.

Right now I have family plan with Music, 2TB, Arcade. That alone is $30/month. For the same price I can add TV, News, Fitness. Now, whether I’d ever actually use News or Fitness is another question lol.

Argh of course they're pushing for the Apple Arcade. It's the one service I don't need. If only they offered customers the ability to build their own bundles, similar to triple-play services.

- Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade are $4.99/mo
- Apple News+ and Apple Music are $9.99/mo
- iCloud Storage - include 50GB free for all plans, 200GB at $2.99 and 1TB at $4.99

I would easily grab Apple TV+, Apple Music, and 50GB iCloud Storage for $11.95/mo. I would have grabbed a plan with Apple News+ instead of Apple Arcade. I'll already be paying $14.98 for Apple Music, Apple TV+ starting in November as my free year will be over then. I could get the base plan but I'll never use Apple Arcade.

None of these plans will benefit me. This was a lost opportunity for Apple.

I wish you could just pay for these in annual increments instead of monthly. I already dislike seeing the monthly iCloud Storage charges show up.

Family
I have Apple Music for $99/yr. Honestly don’t remember what I did to pay yearly

Currently I’m at:
- Apple Music family: $15
- 2 TB storage: $10

So...assuming premier is family:
- fitness+ (Which I would totally use)
- arcade(eh..)
- appleTV (I do like Ted lasso!)
- news (eh..I guess I can consume more..)
=$5

I think that may be worth the extra $5 for me and my fam.

Did I do the math right?

Family Apple Music is already $14.99, 200 GB storage is $2.99. That's $17.98. The Family tier is no-brainer at that price, especially since we are already paying for Apple News too. (We're on a free trial of Apple TV+.) It would save us money.

If Premier includes Family sharing too, then it's an instant upgrade. It would make iCloud usable for Mac storage too.

It works for me. I already have 2tb, music, and news+. Will be happy to get the other stuff without spending more money. Would have loved to see more tiers, but it is what it is.

Yeah, spending $25/mo for the 2 TB storage + Apple Music Family. For $5/mo more my wife will HOPEFULLY make use of the Fitness +. :D

Edit: I share the storage and music with 4 family members across 6 devices, so while the storage isn't a great price, overall it works out well for my needs.

Oh, and my wife is in pretty good shape, she just keeps begging me for all of these more expensive workout services like Beach Body, etc.

I'm really sorry to see so many people who this won't work for. As someone with 2 kids and a spouse, Premier seems like a steal.

We all get Apple Music, News+, TV+, Arcade, the new Fitness+ and now 2TB of data for $30?

I have been paying $15 for Apple Music, $10 for News, $5 for Arcade, and TV was coming up for renewal and I was on the fence. Then the wife and I both pay for 200 GB separately at what, 2.99/month? So I save $6 per month, 11 if I re-subscribe to Apple TV+, and I get more storage and fitness?

Just an FYI that you can share iCloud storage with your family. Probably already know that but just in case.

Apple today introduced new Apple One bundles for its services, allowing customers to subscribe to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and more for one set monthly price, starting at $14.95 per month in the United States.

There are three tiers of Apple One available, including Individual, Family, and Premier:
  • Individual: Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 50GB of iCloud storage for $14.95 per month
  • Family: Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and 200GB of iCloud storage for $19.95 per month
  • Premier: Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+, and 2TB of iCloud storage for $29.95 per month

So here is the bundle at 19 dollars I was looking for . I already have service for my family with music, 200gb storage and Apple TV+ ( which is free for me for another 2 months). Sorry for some if they don’t find it interesting but for me it’s almost like this bundle was made for me. For less a month I’ll get all three and as a bonus for free Apple Arcade

Apple Music (Individual) - Annually $99
200GB iCloud (Family) - Annually $35.88 (Monthly $2.99)
Apple TV+ (Individual) - Annually $49.99

= $184.87

If I were to purchase the Apple One plan as described, it would force me to upgrade to the "Family" package for everything which would be $239.40 per year. Obviously no one is forcing me to pay the bundle.

I know I am in the minority here. However, in my case this is not a good deal.

I'm a bit surprised people don't like these prices.

I'm already paying $2.99 for 200GB cloud, $14.99 for family music, and $4.99 for tv+.

I can get everything I currently have PLUS Arcade for $2 CHEAPER; or for $7 more, I get Arcade, News, and Fitness, and 10x more storage. All of which are $9.99 individually I believe? That seems like a pretty good deal to me!

What am I missing?
In agreement. For my family we're already paying $30/mo just for Apple Music, 2TB storage and Arcade. So we're basically getting TV+, Fitness+ and News+ for free, making Premier a no-brainer.

The family plan works for my situation. It will be $2 more than I pay now (Apple Music + iCloud) but Apple TV and Arcade might be worth it for the extra cost.

The Premiere is the best deal though.

The trick is to load up on 15% off iTunes gift cards (sometimes 20% off and very rarely, even more). That makes the family plan cost $17 per month and the premiere $25.50 (or less).

Hmmm, it's not so bad monthly but at $360p/y sounds quite a bit. It would be better at $20 monthly with the option to choose one between Arcade/New/Fitness. So knocking one of these to justify to lower price.
