I am also at the mercy of Comcast, but last April cut down to the exact scenario you described. We bought a $50 outdoor antenna and got Internet Plus, which gives us 50Mbps down and 12 Mbps up, along with HBO Go, for $70. Factor in Hulu, and the fact that we own our modem, and we are paying less than half for roughly the same services we used with cable.

For the iPad 1 introduction, they promised it in April.
It showed up in April.

Just incase there was some miss-understanding -- I liked your photoshop which was mocking Samsung for copying and was furthering the joke by mocking Samsung and their craptacular Galaxy Gear watch.
I was following Samsung, in their footsteps, where they chastised Apple as behind the times since they introduced NFC first on the Galaxy S3 (or whatever).
I particularly thought the "Johnny Ive" / "Johnny-come-lately" bit was funny.
Sorry. I didn't mean to be rude, I just didn't get it. I'm also over cautious of getting embroiled in something.
I had to exit a conversation with somebody over on 'Disqus' because they were failing to see my point that Apple changed the mobile industry with the iPhone, and paved the way for the mobile devices we have today.
Because I wouldn't change my stance, I was branded a fanboy and was told my Prophet Steve Jobs had done well in converting me.
Of course, what followed was... "Apple have copied everything Samsung have ever done, and they never invented anything so they don't deserve recognition for iPhone, or anything else, and you're an idiot for being brand loyal." or words to that effect.
All I said was that the Galaxy S6 looked a lot like an amalgamation of all iPhones in one. Button layout, glass back with rounded metal edges.
I didn't think I was being unreasonable.... Maybe I AM a fanboy. lol
