Yet the flat earth podcasts and apps remain on the same platform, so...

There’s a difference, and you know it. Well, you should do, if your not totally oblivious.

If you don’t like the decisions made by these companies, don’t buy their products and write an email. These companies are under no obligation to host any content.

Alex Jones doesn’t have a political viewpoint.

He did have a political viewpoint.

Doesn’t matter, they still host it and as far as I’m aware having a motive, political or otherwise, isn’t against the rules of the App Store.

That is an interesting point. However, are those companies actively removing hate speech from their platforms rather than promoting the hate speech itself?

Sorry to roll back the question, you seem like a very nice articulate and reasoned person, I promise I am not being rude or trying to wind you up.

May I ask again, are MacRumours right or wrong to limit speech on political threads?

The obvious difference is one has a political stance that is against the agenda, and the other does not.

Alex Jones was the only voice against the rampant pedophilia and corruption in halls of justice and power.

The ONLY voice with a major platform.
The ONLY voice.

And he has been banned.

Think about that. For all the demonization, think about how these arbiters of "common decency" have treated the loudest voice against child rape and murder.

Are all those fake news stories against him worth more than his valiant stance? What you say against him, you say against yourself.

Just to be clear so we are on the same page.

Are you comparing Alex to Hitler??
Or is there some other event or person?

Sure why not, if the cap fits he can wear it. Why am I incorrect in my understanding? Doesn't he also use extreme right wing bat sheet bull sheet in a way to further his own power my motivating the weak masses?

There is no definition of ‘hate speech’ so we shouldn’t legislate or deplatform based on an indescript viewpoint.

Also I don’t believe a Mac forum compare to all major social medias, major public broadcast mediums and app distribution platforms.

So to be clear, it is okay for the company MacRumours to disallow the majority of the public from posting what they like, but not for Apple or Twitter to do the same? Whether the scale is the same or not, the principle is.

And as discussed many times, it is their right to block what they like. Which I have no problems with.

I dunno how our republic can still be standing due to the loss of a podcast. :(

And a Youtube channel. And all major social media’s. And an app. And from live streaming.

Basically the powers that be have limited him to an echo chamber.

Very worrying if you ask me.

This is just practice for controlling future elections.

Just wait until the next Democratic president. Half of this country will attack like a pack of rabid dogs. After all that's happened with the Democrat's bad behavior, there will be people who make it their life's work to dig up anything and everything on that person. It will be a bloodbath.

The best thing is they'll have no defense. You can't play victim after spending almost two years trying to play the bully.

I've got to remember to stock up on popcorn.

If you think this is to do with controlling future elections and nothing to do with upsetting potential customers with LOTS of money to spend you are sorely wrong.

Here is Alex Jones' most recent thuggish stunt: harassing and touching Senator Marco Rubio during the Senator's meeting with journalists.

Rubio responds like "Hey, don't touch me, man. Don't touch me." Senator Rubio also calls Alex Jones a "dumbass". It's all recorded in the video. LOL

Two intellectual giants, fighting it out. A battle for the ages. Who will win?
