Which PRSI are you talking about? And what does Jesus and Hell have to do with this?

Politics, Religion, Social Issues...? It's the name of this forum.

Wrong. On your Mac, turn on "Character Viewer", click on "Emoji", "People" and scroll down to three symbols "Man and woman holding hands", "Two men holding hands", and "Two women holding hands".

Wrong? I was talking about iPhone emojis, no idea why you're talking about the ones on the Mac. And again, I'm not talking about holding hands, I'm talking about the emojis with the kiss and heart (). I clarified this in another post (#131) in this same thread. K?

(No idea why it doesn't save the emoji when I post.)

And emojis for alternative sexuality people please. And transgender. And transtransgender. And transgender with alternative sexuality. And any imaginable couples (2^64). And hipsters. And punks. And hippies. And rockers. And major brands logos. And animated ads. And spam. And aliens. And dinosaurs. Oh, wait! Start with dinosaurs!

YES!

I'd been working professionally on Macs for ~24 years and I had no idea this was available.

Didn't even know they had caucasian emojis. i have never had an issue of them not having my nationality as an emoji.

Why have race specific ones at all? They just look... odd. Emoticons should just be yellow or cat is fine I guess.

But yeah, they should either have the main 4 general skin colors in America or none at all. Seems weird there would only be white ones in say China or something.

No not whatever I say . . . . then I'd be just as terrible as your last comment.

Just have some respect.

OK, now you've really got me wondering.

Please quote for me (verbatim please, not a paraphrase) exactly what my terrible last comment was.

To my (obviously unthinking, uncaring and privileged) perspective, I was simply opining that in the overall scheme of things, serious concern over the manner in which cartoon symbols are colored was not very high on the priority list. I guess that observation struck you as highly insensitive. If your avatar is replicated in reality, perhaps I can see your point.

Thanks for the illumination.

You're still making no sense at all.

If you had taken the time to actually BE in the conversation, instead of throwing your unthinking, uncaring and privileged perspective around like it was law, then you'd see that I originally replied to a meme from another poster, who

1) you never responded to

and

2) probably fit your mold

and

3) share your unthinking, uncaring and privileged perspective

You clarified that all you REALLY care about is how people are reacting to a cartoon, which is fine, but you didn't state that at first, you just arbitrarily claimed that:

....People that get their panties in a wad over crap like this really need to concentrate on more important aspects of life.

Jeez.

Which as stated implies that the things you care about are more important than the things others care about. You need to watch what you say if you want to be taken seriously . . . . or at the very least, to not look like a person that has an unthinking, uncaring and privileged perspective

Again, just respect.

uh huh. Whatever you say.

Here we go again.

I shouldn't have expect much from your first comment.

Expect whatever you'd like. I'm done wasting any more time in conversation with you.

Enjoy your multi-cultural, multi-colored, multi-ethnicity, super diversified emoji. They will undoubtedly make the world a much better place to live in.

Yup, as I suspected. Angry, and very VERY unthinking, uncaring and privileged.

Nice to see your true colors.

At least they've got the smiling pile of poo. That's clearly the most important emoji. #

careful- some mod deleted a post of mine and sent me a warning for using that emoji once.. something about circumventing the profanity filter or smthng..

stupidest # i've ever seen..

----------

Drives me nuts when people use Caucasian to mean "white"

ha. why?
caucasian does mean white.. we're not in the 18th century anymore, you know?

The mods here bother me to no end. This post will be deleted for sure.

MUST MAKE IT RELATED:

Um yeah so I'm glad they're adding diversity to the emoji library. That will be nice.

I saw that too. It seems that you could also say "It's hard for those being racist against whites to see what they are doing is wrong."

white people deserve all the racism they may get.. in the future, we're not going to simply fall from #1 to #2.. oh nvrmnd- let louis tell you:

In regards to being taken seriously we're talking about emojis here not the civil rights movement. ****ing relax.
