I've never understood the people who complain about the fact that Apple doesn't choose to make their phones thicker so they can have larger batteries. Anyone can add thickness/larger batter to an iPhone with an optional charging case. No one can choose to make an iPhone thinner and thus accept a lower batter life.

By Apple making their iPhones as thin as they do, the company leaves everyone with a choice. If you want a thicker iPhone/longer battery, you can do that with ANY iPhone Apple makes. The choice is up to you.
Great point!

Too bad the iPhone Xr's better than average iPhone battery life comes with compromises such as near 720p display, worse reception with inferior Intel radio instead of Qualcomm, aggressive killing or restriction of background tasks, etc. while being more expensive than the competition. Often see these type of comments with people switching away from iPhone (in this case iPhone Xr to Pixel 3a):
Seems like the sales of the xr speaks for itself, whether it’s due to Apple or iOS.

(Recalls the flop that was the 18Kmah energize phone)

Yea, because that's "little thicker" and unfortunately there is no way in the world to make anything in between a phone that barely survives 3 hours of use and one that has 18000mAh battery. It's a sad world. If only there was a way!

Anyone with an XR has had it way less than a year so of course the battery life is still good! It’s not significantly better or worse than other models.

This ad is clutching at straws. They reckon I’ll lose power before it? Just try me!
It is significantly better than any past models I’ve had. As a heavy user throughout the day I’ve always needed to charge previous iPhones or whip out my portable charger. With my XR I don’t have to charge my phone in the middle of the day, it last all day and night

Because the bulging case looks awful and it makes the phone way too large.

And it is an additional cost. Smaller thinner batteries wear out earlier was well, so the thin fetish that Apple has also translates into reduced working life of the iPhone. Not exactly eco-friendly.

What is the game or app with the flying dragon shown at t=24s of the video?
