I'm also very irritated with apple rebates. I recieved this email this morning. They're saying that theyre missing every part of what was supposed to be sent. If that were true, the envolope i sent would have been empty. I havent called yet, but i was just wondering what i should say, or how i should say it, but they lost all my information and how will they believe me.

- Miscellaneous bar code received. Please provide original product UPC label which includes part number with bar code and serial number with barcode. Please send the entire UPC label with all layers of cardboard attached.
- Please provide a photocopy of the dated, itemized sales receipt for the qualifying Apple computer.
- We did not receive a photocopy of a dated, and itemized sales receipt for the qualifying Apple iPod product.
- We did not receive the UPC label for the iPod. Please provide the iPod UPC label cut out from the product box.
