Memories! I am so getting this when I get home.

I also remember standing in line for an iPhone 3GS and killing time by playing an awful poker game on my flip phone. Horrifying just to think about it.

Does it have loot boxes (Surprise mechanics if you're EA), pay to win microtransactions, season passes, battle passes, etc? Was it developed with a heavy crunch period? Were there any stress casualties? Is Apple shutting down the department that made it after it garners record profits only to hire for the same positions again to get cheaper staff? If no to any of this, it's a game for noobs and the hardcore AAA gamers will ostracise you from all gaming if you touch it!

Awesome! I actually went looking through my old iTunes backups for this last week. It's easily the best free single-player Hold 'Em app I've owned. Downloading now!

This is the first step in iCasino... Apple will allow users to add real money from Apple pay and Apple cash and play against friends... As a fee they will take a 30% rake from each pot lol.

I actually used to have this game. (Always liked the cute brunette:p)

And despite what some of the "cool kids" in this forum are saying about this app, it WAS fun to play.

Wifi issues and LTE connectivity issues on my XR, but hell yeah we have Texas Hold em'! Lots of courage
Cmon stop this whining, it is not related to your issue, do you think Apple stopped to investigate bugs for working on this?? I have soo many costumers with Xr and and many friends too, no one have issues.
In my 15 years work in IT, 90% of users who says they have issue with Wi-Fi or cellular was not a device problem.
So download the game and have fun.

Apples App Store is still in it's 10th celebration year for 2 more days, read carefully....

Wikipedia says July 10, 2018

That's a bit of a stretch. A celebration on the 10th anniversary would have been last summer.

Whenever I see a dev touting “stunning graphics” in an app description as a selling point, I cringe at how amateur it looks. I can’t believe Apple still does this.
For me it's "innovative" that reeks of amateur hour. If you're using that word to promote your own app there's a strong chance it isn't.

Companies tend to celebrate landmark anniversaries long after they’re over.

Disneyland celebrated its 50th for 18 months.
