Same. but to UK for me before it worked (home region)So weird, I was in English US for 18.1 and apple intelligence was working. Now I had to switch to English Canada to have apple intelligence enabled.
So the new stuff works in the UK now?Same. but to UK for me before it worked (home region)
How is Visual Intelligence supposed to work? I keep pressing the camera button on my 16 Pro Max and pointing it at things, but it does nothing other than act like a camera.
Won’t be huge for me. Just a big old waste of time.If I understand right, you can generate images of your pets doing such things. If so, I think this is gonna be huge for the average user.
Edit: Maybe it's just people, not pets? Shame if so – I think the pet thing would be much more widely-used.
For me in the UK, it took about 15 minutes. Another phone I set up, I’m still waiting after 20 minutes. I suppose with more people setting this up now, it may take a while.how long did the image playground access took for you?
Thanks for the reply. In Mexico and still no luck hereFor me in the UK, it took about 15 minutes. Another phone I set up, I’m still waiting after 20 minutes. I suppose with more people setting this up now, it may take a while.

I've learned a lot. Thank you! 😂Won’t be huge for me. Just a big old waste of time.
Is your device region set to US still? That was my problem - once I set mine back to Canada it started workingodd, I switched to English (Canada) for Apple AI and it stopped working. Had to move back to US english for it to return, I thought Canada was enabled as well?
No the beta update. Which is now installing.Image playground?
How about taking screenshots of AI generated pictures or images? You talk like no other company can generate images and like people don't know screenshots exist. So your logic is that everyone should be punished because of some creepy people. As I said, add to the metadata that the photo is not genuine. Accessing metadata for photos isn’t a hard concept, and if people can’t decide what is true or not true based on a photo, then that’s more on them than anything else. People have been digitally altering photos for decades and that won’t ever stop.
First world problems and all, but every time I see "Trash" instead of "Bin" on my MacBook, I get a twitch in my eye haha.
