Apple Releases First iOS 8.1.1 Beta to Developers

Testing was done when iOS 8.0 was released ... then again when 8.1 was released.
Sluggish Safari MUST be fixed. Right now it (8.1) requires waiting several seconds after selecting a link for that link to open.
You do realize the bending phone problem is a hardware / materials problem.
iPad mini is praying it works
I'm really struggling to use Safari on my iPad mini with iOS 8. It doesn't detect touches, stalls, reloads constantly (not just with multiple tabs).
I was planning on getting a new one and giving my mum this one, but this would be worse than her ancient laptop in the current state.

The ancient laptop is my old 2008 MacBook. For surfing the net, it's definitely better that this iPad mini with iOS 8.
both look great. Id give the edge to 8. Whats the point showing the good looking screenshots?
Wait, is this real? I had to do a network setting reset, which fixed one problem... But wifi has been horrid at home. I'm 99% sure I only added the 5 network when I got home that night.
Apparently there is an issue with out cell thing from tmobile, and wifi calling over the router has sucked.
Off to add to 2.4 net and see if that helps me today.
(And I've been working each day since it happened, so no time to troubleshoot it)
Because, my wifi was rock solid on 8.0 so I skipped 8.02 and went to 8.1 for Apple Pay... And my phone went haywire.
Will this fix how Safari runs like garbage on my iPad Mini 1st gen?
It's my only complain about iOS8. I don't care about some frames dropping during animations. But when I type a URL into safari, and it takes a few seconds for the iPad to catch up with what I typed, that lag is a HUGE problems.

There may be something wrong with enabling translucency. With it on I see weird artifacts in certain areas.
With it off the X button in the Safari search/URL field is the wrong color and is barely visible. The phone seems to run better.
Safari is still reload happy.

Please have a fix for long standing issues:
Music skipping (seems to occur when switching to and from the music app)
Rotation on the 6 Plus
Keyboards (sometimes 3rd party keyboards don't pop up when they're suppose to)
Touch ID and stalling an app. If I have my finger on TouchID when an app loads (say 1Password) it stalls out. I have to lock the phone, then unlock it, and then 1Password is wide open. Strange.

You aren't going to see split-screen iPads in iOS 8. Something that big will wait for a full OS revision and iOS 9.

oh thank god...has anyone else been having trouble with the iphone 6 overheating when bluetooth is connected? Hopefully this'll fix that...
