That's the HomePod accessibility voiceover bug. Toggle it, and make sure it's off for that device in the Home app.

I was woken up by my HomePod in The middle of the night, Siri said VoiceOver enabled. I too had to go in and turn it off. Serious glitch.

The glitches are the same then 15.1, it seems that 15.1.1 was released only to fix the podcast.

15.2 for the Homepods is on beta right now.

Yes stay away from 15.0 as long as possible. My one HP mini now has continuous "one second" or "please wait" for any command for my Nanoleaf lights.

Received an orange HP mini that's still on 14 and everything works instantaneous as the other one did before 15.0.

What is it with Apple — if it isn't broken, then don't fix it!

Seems HomeKit is turning into another "hobby" much like Apple TV.

I don't know if you've figured this one out yet, so apologies if I'm stating anything obvious to you. But I just want to clear up for you or anyone else that may not be finding those toggles that it isn't in the HomePod settings anyway. It's in the Home Settings menu -- tap the House icon in the upper left in the Home app, then Home Settings, then the name of the "Owner", then under the Media option Apple Music should be there. The toggles for Lossless and Atmos are there.

Thank you. I knew where to look, but the toggles were missing. But it turned out it was because my phone hadn’t upgraded to 15.1 but the HomePod had.

Hi internet people. Happy Friday, So today I asked Siri just to check, to turn on the living room lights and somehow it worked. I was so excited I asked her to turn on the LG tv and that worked! Before I move on I want to say I agree that I think the issue is on the back end because there was no update and I haven’t changed anything in my set up because I expect that when Apple finally fixes the issue again on there side not the iPhone software side all my commands and everything should just start working again. I asked Siri to set the living room lights to concentrate it’s a hue light preset I use most of the time but that did not work she asked if I want to change the power. I asked to turn off the tv that didn’t work either but then I asked a different way and it did work with a weird command. Anyone else resurrect any dead commands???
