Is it just me, or is the lock sound ever so slightly louder?

It's still too soft compared to the old sounds in past versions, though.

Took an age to install on my 6s 128GB and watchOS 3.2 took even longer on my watch 2 but the result on the 6s is quite incredible. App launch times seem to be much faster and I dont think it is just because of the animations as the application is actually usable quicker.

I wonder if the 5 or the 5c got the APFS conversion in the end? If it didnt it would be interesting to compare app load times on one on 10.2.1 to 10.3 to see how much of the boost is down to the new filesystem.

I hope the new Apple TV will include a "Find my Remote" app.

Good idea!
[doublepost=1490771679][/doublepost]Nice videos MacRumours!

However I think you got something wrong about the "Find my AirPods" functionality:

You seem to indicate that you can not use find my AirPods and play a tone from them when the AirPods are in their case, but this is incorrect, you CAN do this.

So if you forget where you put your AirPods - you can certainly use the "Find my iPhone" app from your iPhone and find the AirPods in their case and they will emit tones.

I did update on iphone 7, I dont feel any snappiness or speed bumps maybe its just placebo effect

but it "feels" more glitch free

is this not available for iPad4? I have it on my iPhone6 but it is saying there is not an update available for the iPad4...

I had to plug my sons iPad4 into the laptop to get 10.3 to install. OTA kept saying no new update.

Well, I prefer using iTunes when upgrading from one major version to the next, which was my case (9 to 10). But somehow, last night, my iTunes still showed 10.2.1. Since I didn't want to wait, and the majority of the feedbacks here were positive, I chose OTA, and all went well.

I hope your kids phones issues are solved by now.

Sadly no, I even put the phone in Restore mode which allowed me to attempt another Upgrade. That did not resolve. Had to do a restore on one. The other I attempted the same. Restored from a backup I had back in December and that failed too! Restored and set it up as a new phone. PITA. This is the first I've had trouble with OTA update, not just on 1 but 2 phones. Very uncommon. Going to wait on doing the wifes.

Or Mavericks...
Stuttering, staccatoing, low interface frame rate. Whatever makes it look like Windows xp with 256mb of ram.
XP with 256MB RAM looked pretty smooth IMO. I remember running it on my old PC with 48 MB... Wait... 44 MB because 4 were shared with the video "card".:)

Nice, I'm glad I get iCloud Wifi calling on Verizon now!
Out of curiosity, what do you mean by iCloud wifi calling? I know Facetime Audio (which uses Apple's iCloud back-end) and Wi-Fi Calling (which works through the carrier as you seem to suggest is the functionality you are using).

Guys, I'm in a bit of a bind here: I was prompted to update to 10.3 beta 7 AFTER I had already updated to 10.3 Final, and though I've removed the beta profile from my iPhone 6 (now running 10.3 Final), the firmware was downloaded anyway, and is now gobbling up a serious part of my free space...

Any ideas on how to delete that useless firmware and regain that lost space...?

EDIT: I must add that I had to download the firmware and install it via iTunes, since OTA wouldn't propose it...

Go to "Storage and iCloud Usage," tap manage storage, then find the iOS update and delete it.

I had an issue with one old iPad air. It ended up going to a screen telling me I needed to restore the iPad and froze there. Nothing i did worked until I did some research and found a little tidbit that said I should hook the ipad up directly to a USB port on the computer, NOT through a hub. That did the trick even though it took a little waiting for the iPad and iTunes to realize I had shifted from the hub to the computer.
Just a little FYI for the group.

Random apps are still crashing for me after updating. Been like this since iOS10.

There are several possible reasons for this. among them:

1) You're short on local storage. Many apps use storage (temp or otherwise) and may not be well tested under those conditions.
Go to settings > general > about > available. if you have much less than a GB available that could be the reason. In this case you could try deleting a gig worth of apps and or photos and seeing if that helps. (you could use google photos to store those photos in the cloud while deleting them from your device)

2) You could have a hardware problem. I'd bring it to an apple store and get them to do diagnostics.

BTW I haven't had a single crash since ios 10

FINALLY!! Someone with the same problem as me... I've been experiencing this issue since iOS 9.3 I think. The only way to make the screen rotate is to press the home button. It seems that on the home screen the device rotates normally.
Sadly iOS 10.3 still doesn't fix the rotation bug on my iPhone 6. Switching to Settings show for a second the correct view then it rotates incorrectly showing half settings and half black screen and then rotates back. Fail!

Great update - my personal favourite feature is in the Settings where it shows your profile and has all your account information (iCloud, iTunes, etc) in the one place.

For me, the best part about this,is this - it shows that I have one email address for iCloud (which displays as "iCloud Account") and another email address for the App Store (which displays as "App Store"). I know before the update, I could already see this info in different parts of the Settings app but now, its very handy to have all this info in the same place!

HOWEVER - there is one bug that this week's update still has not resolved for me (and I have had this issue from DAY ONE since buying my iPhone 7 from Apple, on release day, last year), and it is this:

My iPhone still REFUSES to show any times for "Usage" and "Standby" since last full charge?!?!:( I charge my phone up to 100%, whenever the battery drops to near 20%, and I do turn my phone off every night, and yet it continues to have blank times in the screen shot above..........

I got Wifi calling, but what are the requirements?

It says Wifi Call when I'm at the gym but not at home connected to my own wifi?

Is this dependent on 4G signal strength?

It is not dependent on 4G signal in my experience... but then again I've disabled Wi-Fi Assist. Try disabling cellular to see if it works at home... If it doesn't, maybe your home connection is blocking the port used by Wi-Fi Calling.

How's your son's iPad 4 doing in 10.3 vs 10.2? I haven't updated yet as I need to delete apps (16GB, yay!) but I'd love a marginally faster iPad... especially as it looks like it's going to be its last ever update.

It popped up once at home and went away two seconds later. At the gym it's activated all the time.

Will try disabling cellular at home. I don't actually need Wifi calling but nice to have when traveling maybe.

More happy that VoLTE is working. At least I think so. It says 4G here (Norway) and I can use data at the same time so that would be VoLTE?
