This is getting ridiculous. When did Microsoft start handling Apple's software roll out?

Yeah, we'd much rather have Apple only patch bugs once a month than release patches as issues are repaired. I want to wait much longer to have problems in my life fixed and will happily live with them for an extra month just so I don't have to install an update as often. Sound reasoning.

Anything out of the box that doesn't have issues for someone somewhere?

of course they do, however I bet the iPad 2017 and the iPad Pro 10.5 had alot less issues out of the box then they do now with iOS 11

This is why some iOS users are hypnotized into thinking OS updates are needed or good. Out of the box, the iPhone has these "very annoying" problems. I'd rather Apple take their time instead of always rushing for the fall deadline.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time but this has never been the case for me in 10 years of owning iPhones.
and My 8+ and my watch3 LTE are working fine.
What annoying problems are you having?

Seems like some people with all kinds of devices, including the very latest just released iPhone 8 have been posting about this issue or that issue, more or less as usual.

This is great news. Apple is only 5 more minor-rev releases away before it's stable enough for me to upgrade to iOS 11.

Its soft release from apple so that you guys can buy iPhone 8. Inject bugs so that people can buy new released iphones

I really hope people don't think it works this way. Apple knows very well that customer satisfaction and loyalty are key to their success. If they screw over existing users, they are far more likely to leave and move to Android.

This is why Apple invests in releasing updates for even old devices. The average iPhone sees OS updates for 4 years. The average top of the line Android? Just 1. If they really wanted to force users to upgrade earlier, they'd drop releasing updates for older devices much sooner, leaving them outdated the way Android does.

Right, because people seeing their devices working worse and will surely run to give more money to the company that they are blaming for making their devices worse. Sound logic.

Rather than ignore it, you add to it. Nice.
If you don't want to be called out, don't be childish in the first place. It's worth pointing out the hypocrisy of all of it. Now that you have become aware of it, you may stop. Then again, you may not. All we can do is show you the door, you are the one that has to walk through it. ;)

So you whining about free updates and fixes? Switch to Android then you will really have something to whine about as you will be buying a new phone to get those updates.

It is not so much the updates as it is the need for so many fixes after months of beta testing.

So how does Apple fix a crackling sound via software? Was it too loud?
Good point - i am still on 6s plus, but talking about crackling sound: I all of a sudden had self recorded Music (Logic Pro) on the AirPods that were distorted not only in the loudest parts and they do and did always sound perfect on the Mac.
