Yes I have. One thats annoying is when playing music the album art doesn't always display correctly on the lock screen and I have the orientation not work 100% plus some other minor bugs

That's on Apple's end. They'll update on the server side to allow IOS 11 to post reviews. Right now it's locked because people can potentially leave bad reviews on apps saying they don't work with an OS that originally wasn't released yet, just beta. I'd say in the next 24 hours they'll have that fixed.
Apple developer site still has it listed as GM seed with IOS 10 as the released version

Finally! Since I installed beta 11.xx 12 weeks ago, and the reverted back to 10, I hadn't been able to iCloud backup my iPad Pro 10.5. Finished the install of 11 a bit ago and iCould backup is working again.

12.9 2017 model - first round of adding icons to my dock produced some serious lag, like it was about to freeze when I long pressed - while 'paused,' other gestures and taps registered later in succession like macOS does from time to time with the spinning ball... I'm going to reboot, see if things smooth out...

It’s likely just indexing after the update. Let it sit there for a hour.

Man, someone at Apple sure loves to see their CDN hum! I am also getting an Xcode 9 update of 5.39GB. Phone and iPad are installing 11 now as well.
I just got the carrier update to the GM. I hope this fixes the slow LTE speeds.
You are absolutely correct. They did a fairly good job updating a single product. On the iPhone side it is a different story. Glad to hear you and your iPad Pro are happy.
Works fine for me. (At least the GM has this week.) It took about 45 minutes to install. Only issue I've seen is that when I access the VPN settings, I can't scroll or activate any of the settings for about 10-15 seconds. Other than that, battery life is fine, phone is just as snappy as before, no significant lag.
